  Gran ubicación y excelente servicio

  Llegamos a Interlaken por tren y el hotel se encuentra literalmente a unos pasos de la estación Interlaken West y en uno de los extremos de la principal calle de la ciudad, Höheweg, donde se ubican la mayoría de restaurantes y tiendas. Caminando por ella unos minutos se llega a Interlaken Öst, la estación de donde parten los trenes al Jungfraujoch y montañas vecinas. Igualmente, a un costado del hotel se ubica la parada de buses que permite trasladarse a cualquier destino, utilizando la tarjeta de transporte gratuita que el hotel provee. La atención desde la recepción resulta muy buena. No solo hicimos el check in de manera rápida, sino que fuimos amablemente atendidos con mucha información turística que nos facilitó movernos en los alrededores los días de nuestra estancia. Sumado a ello, vale la pena mencionar la amabilidad y eficiencia para solventar un inconveniente suscitado cuando extraviamos un artículo en la habitación, felizmente encontrado por el personal entre la ropa de cama. Si bien las instalaciones del hotel tienen sus años encima, son en general agradables. Optamos por una habitación triple y era sumamente espaciosa, incluyendo una terraza con linda vista a la ciudad y a las montañas. Tres camas individuales estaban disponibles y aunque nos parecieron un tanto bajas, no hubo inconveniente para conciliar el sueño, aún a pesar de la cercanía de la estación de trenes. Las habitaciones se complementan con amenidades como televisión por cable con canales internacionales, bañera (algo estrecha), calefacción, caja fuerte, internet inalámbrico (un tanto inestable y requiriendo ingreso cada vez), buen espacio para equipaje, aceptable iluminación natural y artificial, etc. Finalmente, cabe destacar el desayuno por su variedad, que más allá del típico pan, quesos, embutidos, cereales y frutas, también ofrece platos calientes como huevos, frijoles y salchichas. En general, un hotel con instalaciones aceptables, en una gran ubicación y complementadas con un muy buen servicio. Un trato justo para el precio comparable favorablemente al de otras opciones en Interlaken.

  Superb Hotel

  Highly recommend if you are using Interlaken as a base. Hotel located just next to Interlaken West Station. We were out exploring Switzerland during our 4 days stay. Super clean cosy room & toilet. Soundproof with beautiful mountain view! Comfy bed & the floor is heated for the cold winter! USB charger next to bed, convenience & fast charging! Hooks at the entrance for hanging our winter coats. Like the idea of quality paper cups for coffee/tea making- good hygiene. Love the 3-in-1 soap so fragrance (though we brought our own toiletries). Double Thumbs up for Jerome, his service with such great passion & the hardworking lady stuff at the breakfast area. My daughter & me really have a wonderful stay at the hotel.

  One of the most central places to stay in Interlaken

  The best part of the hotel is that, you get off the train station, with your luggage and you literally cross two roads north to walk into this hotel. We got a nice room with a balcony - with a views of the mountains (the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau). The manager was efficient (well he is Swiss). There is a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel which is quite popular. We did not eat there but I am sure it was good. The many options to eat around this place. Take an trail behind the hotel to cross the stream and enter the older and very pretty old part of Interlaken. There are several buses that play from a bus stop close to it.

  Good location, newly renovated

  The hotel is just across the road from Interlaken West station. So, it's extremely convenient especially if you're catching an early train. The hotel also issue free bus & train transport card within Interlaken and between Interlaken Ost & West stations. The toilet comes with body shampoo. There are also 6 USB ports for charging your devices in the room. Though the rooms are next to the street, the window and balcony door are double glazed, which keeps out the noise. There's aircon in the room but you don't really need it in winter, the fee to turn on the air-conditioning is CHF20. Breakfast is just average, nothing interesting here.

  Amazing location

  We loved this hotel. The location is perfect for getting around as its next to Interlaken West and the bus and ferry terminals. The room was comfortable and a decent size and the view from the balcony was amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Cant fault this hotel. Would highly recommend
