  Poor room quality

  Shower was dirty and the water pressure was extremely low. The bathroom doorhandle was broken, the shower door handle was loose. There were holes in the wall of the shower. The mattress had a large sunken hole in the middle. It must be a very old mattress.

  Not impressed at all

  I requested a handicapped room weeks ago and did not get it. The room is okay with nothing remarkable about a Hilton facility. The TV remote was disgusting with dirt ground into the buttons. It's cleaner now than it has been in years. I travel around the state 10-12 times a year and will only stay at a hotel with an indoor pool. This pool was freezing cold and the heater has "been broken". I found that in spite of charging extra for breakfast, it wasn't anything to cheer about...DIY waffles and cold cereal. My nights were terribly noisy, prompting me to download a white noise app at 2:33am. It could be very nice but the facility needs some maintenance, TLC and better management.

  Best staff ever

  Over a period of two years, we stayed here exclusively as our elderly mother was in a nursing home up until her death. During this time and many stays the staff always knew our names as well as asking about our mother. They always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and the rooms were immaculate. From the GM and the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, we could not have asked for a better experience. During the time of the funeral services everyone was very comforting and we felt like an extension of their family.

  Nice stay, needs attention to detail

  I returned from my first post-covid trip and stayed at this location for 5 nights. The hotel itself seemed nice and clean when first entering. Check-in was super easy, but the front desk person was not wearing a mask. No breakfast buffet, but that was to be expected. I did not use the pool or fitness area. I had a corner 1 bedroom suite that has a mostly full kitchen, with full size refrigerator. The room size is generous. Most of the room was clean, but needed some attention to detail in the post-corona world. The kitchen area was very clean, but the dish detergent bottle was only about 1/2 full. The living area and bedroom were clean. The bathroom could have used some detailed cleaning, and there was a plastic fork in one of the drawers. I was expecting better due to Hilton's clean initiative. Otherwise, the rooms was fine. It's in a good location with an Albertson's nearby and many restaurants. I understand Home2 Suites is not your typical Hilton, but attention to detail would have made the difference. There was no housekeeping at all for the week, though the front desk did not tell met that. I just assumed since they didn't come by. I know things are different, but tell somebody. I checked out on the app, which was super fast and easy. Would I stay again? Maybe, but would hope they begin paying attention to detail.

  Clean, helpful staff, nice rooms

  I stayed here and found it very clean. I wish I could have stayed longer! All staff and guests appeared to follow general safety for COVID without the hotel losing amenities other than the pool. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The gym was open with reasonable restrictions, breakfast was available, and my room was very clean. They seal rooms with stickers, so you know no one entered after it was cleaned. I appreciated the kitchenette. There was a generously sized fridge, a large microwave, dishes and a dishwasher. I could have cooked meals in my room comfortably. The staff were extremely helpful when I needed something. I also really liked that I could use the app to check in, unlock my room and check out. For the price, the room and staff were beyond my expectations.
