  Great Hotel

  For the price this is a great Hotel, firm bed, soft pillows but the bathroom was not very good as there is only a bath & not shower screen so water goes all over the floor. Be sure to have the breakfast included with your booking as their are very limited choices in the area. There is plenty of variety with Thai, Western, fresh fruit & coffee.

  Hotel is not well but persons disquisting

  Hotel crew are so cynical,not speak english one word! And unsympathetic. We had a problem about money case and we wait until 00:00 they solve our problem. When i said reception this problem, they are not understand me long time and talkin and laughin each other meaningless. Breakfast is not enough for non asian people. They havent cheese etc. We dont recommend here, find another hotel yourself. At least english knowing persons (yes-no)

  best 4 star hotel in Pattaya [imo]

  my experience at this hotel was one of the best i have ever had in Thailand. the room was nice and clean, the bed was great [i have a bad back]. it had a nice pool, the breakfast buffet was very good. the staff were helpful and friendly. it is in a good location, also we had a view of the ocean from our room.the a/c and free wi-fi worked very well. there is not one bad thing i could say about this hotel. the only downside i could think of, is there is a limited number of parking spots, [which wasn`t a problem for us]. although we did get a discount on our room thru Expedia, i would have no problem paying full price to stay there again. which being the penny-pincher i am, says a lot [lol].

  Not worth it

  Firstly the cleaning staff are wonderful friendly and work so hard reception staff one lady smiles and says hello thats it we sat in the restaurant after waiting 35 mins plus my husband went to reception to see if we could get served not so great the pool area is dirty 11 sun beds and 2 brollys now and then a guy comes up to sit at the towel counter not to do anything other than smoke which wafts all over pool area in 17 days not once was the pool area cleaned chewing gum stuck on the floor lights hanging off the dirty pool now lets get to the worst part breakfast yuk unless ur Chinese they have about 20 dishes fir them and western folk get cheap one kind bread half fried eggs oh and a salad shud u want defo worst in Pattaya will we return defo not

  Prefers Asians and not Western People

  This hotel primarily has large Chinese tour groups and does not to even seem to care about having Western people stay at this hotel. A good example of this is that there is not even an English written newspaper in the lobby. They only have Thai and Chinese newspapers. I have traveled the world and I don't even remember a hotel not even having one English newspaper available. The hotel is obviously mismanaged since it would not cost a great deal of money to have a English newspaper available in the lobby for the very few Western guests that stay at this hotel. Stay away........they only want Thai and Chinese guests!
