  Unfortunately Not recommended at All

  Although it has a perfect location with a huge variety of pools but unfortunately the hotel management couldnt use this advantages , today is my first day and had a very bad experience, my room had a lot of maintenance and when i asked to change the room they refused and said we will fix it , and the result 2 hours of disturbing to fix ...also when i reach the pool Just found visitors with there cotton wear not swimming suits in side the pool , and there are No Guest relation to secure other people and final 99% of the Hotel stuff Didnt wear masks .....   Not recommended at all unless you are desperate - Never again for me

  We chose the hotel because of the water park. Most guests are uneducated. Rules are not followed with regards to bathing suits. Waiters tend to hold glasses and bottles from the top part. Zero basic hygiene. Waiters do not wear masks at all time. Best person we met was at the omelette and pizza station (Chef Mohamed) Some waiters are rude. They serve you without care. Terrible quality of food. Very cheap. Very limited variety. Never get an espresso or cappuccino because they serve the cheapest beans in the world. They serve hot drinks in plastic cups!! Music played near the pools is very loud, irritating and very low class music (mahraganat) Workers are abused and exhausted. You see them moving from station to station working round the clock without rest. Some front desk employees were really nice and cooperative. House keeping person was also clean and nice. Room furniture is good. Quality of toilet paper, gels, shampoos, conditioner is very low. Beware when you play at the aquapark. The stairs are marble!!! Really. They are marble and extremely slippery with water. I have been in so many waterparks. I have never seen marble stairs. Extremely dangerous especially with kids who run fast. The high blue slide is not really safe. To use the beach, you walk (Around 15 Min) or wait for some time (No specific waiting time as the bus serves many Albatros hotels) and take the shuttle bus and go to the Albatros beach hotel. This hotel is much nicer. However, they treat you at the other hotel as an outsider second grade guest. You are only allowed to access one beach bar that serves very poor food quality. Normally the food is fries and some poor quality sandwich (One day it was horrible hot dog sandwich, the other day it was a minced beef sandwich!!!). The beach is really nice and has excellent snorkeling spots. However, you cannot stay the full day as you will have to go to eat in your hotel because you do not have access to the good lunch bars or restaurants!! You are not allowed to use pools at the other hotel. So if you want to stay at the beach and your kids want to use the pool, you have a problem!! In summary: If you are a person who wants to enjoy a nice peaceful hygienic vacation while treated well and have a good service in a good decent environment, then this is not your place to be.

  Amazing hotel , amazing staff.

  Amazing honeymoon at a very nice hotel . I will never forget the staff and their nice hospitality. The hotel is so nice , the aqua park is also amazing , the room and the services are the best ever . I will never forget the sea and the air and every thing in hurghada . Special Thanks to the best hospitality of the Gm Mr mohamed who met us upon arrival . Special Thanks to Mr Helal from Mediterranean restaurant for the best hospitality and making us feel home . Special Thanks to Mohamed Nabil from reception and all the other staff ( chef Mohamed Ahmed , Ahmed Khamis ) , Mr Tamer working at restaurant. Eng Ahmed ( HSE ) and Dr Islam ( Hygiene) . I don wanna forget anyone but all the staff were really amazing and I loved the hotel so much.

  Awful

  The quality of food is terrible and barely any variety at all. Some of the staff is really rude particularly the waiter at the main restaurant. The only polite staff is who is doing worst jobs such as cleaning. Isolation is awful m, because you can hear everything what is happening in the hall. Slides are ok. Music is very loud and just for Russian population and completely awful. Would not recommend. In the restaurant no one is wearing masks and in the leaflets given about Covid guidelines not even one thing is followed.

  Relaxing holiday

  We stayed in the hotel in February, mama and 2 boys. All of us, we took much energy, joy, sun ! The personal was very helpful, namely Hassan and Mohammad - 2 boys clening the rooms. They help us to find our missing things with complaisance and charm! Thank you!
