  Terrible Customer Service

  Please do NOT stay at this hotel. Ladies, they don't have any mirrors in the rooms!too cheap to even invest in that. Also NO lamps on the nightstands. The check in guy was not the most polite. Foreign speakers tend to get upset with YOU because their English is poor. Check out time is 11am. I asked for a later checkout and was told no. Like, ridiculous. At 9:54 a.m. the housekeeper is banging and calling out housekeeping and began to open the door when I stopped her at the door. I asked her why in the hell is she here and checkout isn't until 11am?!!! I sleep in hotels all over and this is out of line. She apologized but I was upset! Management acted like they didn't even care. Yeah its cheap, but the customer service is horrible! It's not worth the aggravation.

  Weird and expensive

  Paid $105 out of pocket for a SINGLE NIGHT. The whole hotel smells like Fabuloso, bleach, and cheap Glade plug-in air fresheners. It smelled like I was walking around in an apartment bathroom. The aesthetic presents the hotel very nicely, but most of the problems lurk under the surface. The double rooms are SUPER cramped. The room comes with a minifridge, but it was unplugged when I arrived. The entertainment center has a compartment for the mini fridge, but the damn wire isnt long enough to plug the fridge into the wall, so I had to pull the fridge out of the entertainment center, to the other side of the room to plug it in. The nightstand between the double beds is pretty tall and the surface is horizontally long, so if you decide to nap or sleep too close to the nightstand, you WILL hit either your elbows, funnybones, or faces on the corner of this thing. The bathrooms are spacious, but when I entered mine, I found my roll of TP was half-used already and there was a used wet towel under the sink. The lightning around the room is very strange as well. Just the placement of all the lights except for the bathroom was so awkward.

  Fantastic value for the price

  We stayed at this Econo Lodge overnight on our way from Texas to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Probably as a result of Hurricane Delta and the aftermath, we kept passing by areas that were still without power and many hotels were booked solid. As this hotel was the only one with a vacancy that seemed decent for the price, we went ahead and rolled the dice. Honestly, it could not have gone better! Our room was clean and even had a kitchenette in it, that while we did not have a chance to use during our stay, was still a nice amenity to have. I did not feel like anything about our room could have been improved; management and the cleaning staff are clearly doing a great job. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another stay if we ever pass through in the future!

  Always Great!

  Since I travel all over the US on business and stay over 300 nights each year in hotels, I can attest to which hotels are good and which are not as good. I have stayed many times at this property and every time the people are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. This is the best Econo Lodge I have ever stayed at.

  Muy buen servicio de Hotel..Muy limpio y los trabajadores son muy amables y servicial volvería de nuevo sin pensarlo me encanto y estar ahí .muy buen precio y cómodo el café caliente por las mañanas es lo mejor .
