  Seriously?

  Twenty years of travel, and this hotel will become my worse memory. I travel frequently to Manama, and I thought that I should try this hotel for a change (budget and brand name..). I have passed by the place and it looks good (from the exterior), so I thought, why not? Let me TELL you why not. First of all, I was awoken at 2.30 a.m. by ladies knocking at the door,and No they were not housekeeping or the fire fighting squad. Guests in other rooms were noisy and running about the corridors yelling .. waking the dead after 3 a.m. for two nights in a row - before I decided I've had it. I got a 5.30 a.m call from a lady asking me if I wanted a massage???? Now, let us not blame the hotel for the trash they house. Apart from the nice and helpful receptionist and valet, nobody in the hotel understood English: I asked for the swimming pool and was guided to the management office (I got 3 blank looks for the same question by other staff). Housekeeping was horrific at best - I found hair on my "fresh bedsheets" - that after I asked for the room to be done after I came to the room at 4 pm to find room just as I left it at 9 a.m. Room service was terrible - and they never seem to get it right: either no bread, or no knife, or breakfast with no cutlery at all - tragic lack of consistency or presentation skiils. The server removes the plates from the tray and places them on the table and takes the tray with him.. then comes back uninvited to collect the empty plates after 30 minutes - what is this - prison cantine??? I ordered grilled chicken for dinner and my guess is that the bird was scared to death before its meat was slabbed in spice and grilled rubber dry on a hell-hole pit. I have to give it to the green salads and fruit platter - those were the only upsides of my stay, nicely carved and presented. The pool? Littered with cigarettes and floating plastic water bottles. I think this hotel would have been a great facility had more effort been done in controlling the type of guests they take in, and controlling the quality of cleaning/room service/staffing. I would recommend this place for pleasure seekers or insomniacs.. not one dull moment after midnight. I complained about the disturbance to management, but I'm pretty sure there is not much they can do to control the wild men crowd that are attracted to this hotel like magnet. Two sleepless nights in a trash bin. I don't want to hear of this hotel again. OMG! OMG! OMG!

  very noisy hotel

  very noisy hotel you feel you are sleeping in street. you can not sleep if you slept you find many sound weak you form you sleep. no facilitesin the hotel. most of american and west eourp are not stay is this is hotel. also the location is in very narrow street compering to 16th floor height building.

  Excellent CHOICE FOR SINGLES

  all what you want and what you need in one hotel, it's located in the central of the Exhibitions(alhora) area, the building contain 18th floor, recommended for singles that searching for : Comfort and privacy, Luxury, Excellent Restaurants, swimming pool, bars, night clubs, night live, secure and save place all floors have cameras, free parking floors with huge space; more and more than what you think.

  Absolutely terrible!

  The hotel is average and I chose it for a quick one night stay as it was near to the airport. It was however not a good experience as I was contacted on my room phone at midnight to ask if I wanted a massage followed by a follow up call a few minutes later. I took the phone off the hook. At 2am, 3am and 430 am my room bell was rung and knocking at the door persistently by a group of women asking to be let in for very obvious reasons that they were very clear about. I spoke to reception the next day about this and just got an apology. To access the guest areas you need a room key/pass so it strikes me that this practice is condoned by management. Avoid this place!

  Fantastic service, clean rooms, reasonable prices and well trained staff.

  I stayed at this hotel for one day with a friend of mine, our room was a twin bed single, the room was very clean, and the view from 7th floot is amazing from a large window you can see most of Manama city, The hotel it self is near to the airport and was built with a classy architectural design. The staff are very cooperative and welcoming, the operation manager also is very gentle and did reassure us to expect an excellent stay and indeed we had, and there are a variety of good services for cheap price. The food is excellent, we also enjoyed the swimming pool and the disco-bar and finished our night with a relaxing massage.
