well worth a visitwe were here for just 1 night, attived mid afternoon & was greeted with a lovely lady ,very friendly,we stood chatting for 1/2 an hour, our room was on the seond floor, exeptionally clean throughout the house, nice decor ,towels & toiletries supplied in the ensuite, bed was comfotable, tea & coffee stuff in room,a nice quiet street at night so not getting disturbed by pub goers passing, though it is only 7 or 8 minutes walk to the central pier or tower, breakfast was good too, the usual ,cereal ,full English ,juice ,tea & toast.,She only accepts bookings for families & couples so no noisey stag/hen parties.will deffinetly be going back for another weekend before the end of the season

Bed breakfastGood location, rooms in need of updating, our bathroom in desperate need of updating and a good clean at sane time, mattress hung over the bed base but bedding all clean. staff very friendly especially bar man. Struggled to get into hotel with wheelchair our sister in law had to walk up the stairs which were very steep through Her disability it was very unsafe. Breakfast buffet average main breakfast menus was English or nothing no other cooked choices no menu. Entertainment was standard a tray of sandwiches sausage rolls were put on at night free of charge. We personally would not revisit the hotel

DO NOT BOOK !!!We finly arrived after being stuck in traffic for 2 hours. No parking which it says there is on booking.com ,we knocked on the door with all are bags in are hands for her to come to the door not very pleasant. she said there was no heating the boiler was gone it's up to us weather we stayed or not,my husband said would there be a discount as u would think there would be to not get the full facility's as your paying for, she then got very rude and said NO THERE IS NOT. I think you should now stay somewhere else as u have raised red flags,I was absolutely mortified by her actions and the hole conversion we was left with no where to stay after I booked with booking.com, we planned a family wkend to see the lights with my mum and daughter who was staying in a different hotel, still so angry about the hole thing it really did ruin my wkend I think she actually didn't like the look of us so be careful when u book as u mite get turned away if she doesn't like the look of you and at busy times in Blackpool it's not so easy to find another hotel.

Mouldy disgusting house with a very rude womanMe and my partner booked this for a one night stay to see the lights ect, we pulled up to an old grotty hovel , I knocked a couple of times before she opened it with a not so very nice greeting, the house smelt of damp and it was very cold, she began to tell us that the heating had broken down , looking at the previous reviews for this guest house I'd say the heating had been broken down for more than a day or two as she put it !!! My partner asked if we could drop the price a little as there was no heating and it was pretty cold to be honest , she lost the plot saying that another couple asked the same thing , snatched the keys off my partner to which I told her how very disrespectful she was being , she told us to go and we didn't want the room anyway , I told her her I wouldn't dream of staying in this dump of a guest house , a few nice words were exchanged lol then we left. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS GUEST HOUSE

Miss AmandaAbsolutely weird, walls were bowed, hotel moved if putting certain amount of pressure on floor, stairs were leaning to the left(felt like you was on a ship) very out dated, decor was shocking, bathrooms dangerous, tiles sticking out, shower falling off wall..
