  Newly updated - nicer than before

  This Comfort Inn has been renovated over the past year and is certainly an improvement since its previous hotel brand as a Baymont Inn. The rooms have been upgraded with new furniture and fixtures as well as the bathroom. Much nicer than the last time i stayed here. My only complaint is that the fitness room was not up to standards, None of the equipment worked that included two treadmills, one elliptical machine and one stationary bike. The TV would not work either. Besides the fitness room, the rest of the hotel is nice.

  Great location and friendly staff

  This location was conventently located near highways, stores, and eateries. It is well appointed with a comfortable room. The only drawbacks were the shower curtain which allowed to much water to hit the floor and a lack of decaf coffee in the lobby 24x7. Regular coffee was lukewarm early in the AM. Breakfast was average with no whole grain cereal offered.

  Room was not cleaned well & spiders

  We stayed here for one night in room 163. The musty smell hit us as soon as we entered. There was old food under the bed and there was hair in the walls of the shower. There was also an abundance of little black spiders in the bathroom. I killed three of them while we were there. One of the pillow cases smelled like it had not been changed. I used a Lysol wipe to wipe down the surfaces in the room and it was brown. I do not feel like the room was cleaned well and there was a sign for help wanted outside of the hotel. I am assuming that they are understaffed. The housekeepers were still cleaning rooms at 3 pm when we arrived. During a COVID pandemic I would expect everything to be spotless. This room was a health risk.

  Fleas!!!

  I am a loyal Choice member, but so very disappointed in how our situation was handled. We had our first room w a broken pcket door into the bathroom and a bad bedside lamp, they gave us another room and within 3 minutes our legs were coveres with fleas!!! We were going to leave the hotel, but were offered a suite and it would be comped. And a cold drink of our choice. We were charged anyway and then told us they never said that. Now wezare liars, we would not have stayed at all unless we had that offer. It was late we tired and I was covered in bites. So miserable. Come on Choice, do the right thing!!!

  Greeted with a Smile

  The staff greeted me with a warm smile upon entry. My room and amenities were great and the hotel was clean and fresh. I would definitely stay at this location again. Wonderful shopping opportunities within walking distance.
