  Acogedor hotel en el centro histórico

  Es un hotel muy acogedor. El check-in es rápido y son muy amables. Ofrecen aparcamiento exterior gratuito y otro interior de pago. Está situado junto a la casa donde nació Lutero y a un paso del ayuntamiento y la plaza central. Hay varios restaurantes cercanos de comida típica.

  Everything was fine, but the reception!

  Indeed to find the parking is confusing as the navigation is taking you at the front entrance which is pedestrian street. It will be helpful to give the navigation coordinates of the parking when a parking place is booked. It took me 20 min to drive around!!! Room is very comfortable and without air conditioner, which for 38C outside was not the best option. Opening the window during the night was OK and the noise from the pedestrian street was acceptable. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and modern. Breakfast was lavish and breakfast area is big enough to accommodate the guests. Reception staff though was a bit confused. I didnt feel welcomed. I left the hotel in the morning but forgot my credit card at the reception and NO ONE called me the whole day. When I realized it was the evening in Berlin. Very disappointing!

  Excellent Experience

  Just a few steps from Luthers house, this hotel was very quiet and immaculate. The breakfast was extremely fresh and very tasty. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe when walking around during the day as well as late at night. Parking was convenient and free. The room was the roomiest Ive ever experienced at a Best Western. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Wittenberg.

  Good Hotel but very BAD Restaurant!!g

  Some good renovated rooms, good location at city center but Restaurant at the Hotel much below average, in fact really Bad! Good sauna and Breakfast! Underground parking lot at 10 Euros a day. Free internet but slow ..

  Room for improvement

  I have been at the hotel for more than one week and every morning I have been looking forward to a cup cappuccino for my breakfast, but the coffee machine has been out of order for the entire stay. I even addressed the issue for the front desk more than once, but they seemed pretty relaxed about it and had no idea of when it would be fixed. That is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel. Beside that the hotel is nice but old and located near the city centre. The rooms facing West become extremely hot on sunny days and getting a comfortable good nights sleep might be a challenge as there is no A/C.
