  El hotel en sí está bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y nada ruidosas. El desayuno bueno , tienen Buffet con zonas calientes que te hacen huevos y tortillas además de platos típicos ya cocindos u expuestos. La ubicación es regular. Casi una hora para llegar a los principales puntos de interés turístico, dependiendo del tráfico caótico de la capital. El personal es encantador.

  Do not stay here!

  After having a huge amount of hotels to choose from this seemed a fairly good choice. The stay was very disappointing. Main problems were we arrived at the hotel at 8am after a 14 hr flight and then had to wait around for 6 hours until 2pm to check in so ended up sleeping in the reception. We were not even offered an alternative temporary room so we could recover. We also were charged 1200 baht/£28 for the towels being dirty (fake tan on which would have washed out) however we took the towels with us so we could at least recover some costs, considering the towels would have cost 10% of this. The hotel is also generally a bit run down, the gym is old and our experience all started on a negative vibe and we left on an even bigger one. Avoid this and find a hotel where they care about their customers!

  Great stay in Bangkok

  My husband and I enjoy staying near Terminal 21 shopping center. This hotel caught our attention because of the roof top pool. We stayed in the new building of the hotel. The room had plenty of space and all the amenities. I was concerned at first the location of our room was directly in front of the lift. I worried we would wake in the night with noise of late nighters returning home. This was never the case with our 3 nights accommodation. We both slept great with no distractions. We very much enjoyed the roof top bar and pool as well. We sat up there for sunsets and it was all peace and quiet. The surrounding area has what you expect to find in Bangkok. Lots of street food, 7-11, massage, hair, nails and plenty of restaurants. The taxis found picking us up and dropping off very easy.

  Great Except------

  This is a fine place to stay when in Bangkok at an affordable price. I stayed 3 nights and very satisfied. The entire hotel was very clean. Rooms are spacious and the well decorated. The biggest gripe is when I requested a 1 or 2 hour late checkout as my flight wasn't until 10 hours later. They offered if I paid near another day price. Later when ask again, telling them I would not pay, was told they were sold out. If that were true, they couldn't have offered at a price before. I don't like to be lied to and feel they are not accommodating in the least.

  wonderful stay

  The room was spacious, clean and well supplied with toiletries. Fresh towels everyday in spite of not putting used ones on the floor. Staff very friendly and gladly fulfilled all our request. We had a more expensive room for the last night but since the standard room was so comfortable never bothered to change. We had two nights, went on to Phuket and returned for a further 5 nights. We left all our food in the fridge by accident and they kept it all safe in their fridge till we returned. On many occasions the restaurant cheerfully heated up our food. Restaurant served up clean, safe and tasty food. Locations was marvelous, just a walk from Emporium, BTS, etc.
