Ensaladas, harisa, huevos duros... Pan no falta. Bueno aquí no toman uvas, claro. En definitiva, un buen hotel para routiers y amantes de la aventura.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in over the last 25+ years

This hotel should not be advertised as a such, I have put an overall rating of 1, only because there isn't the option for 0 because this is a hotel by name only! It is filthy, dark, dingy the springs were almost coming out of the mattress toilet leaked and was so close to the wall you had to sit side saddle. No variety of food, and food not in heat machines which were at best look warm, were uncovered for all the flies and beasties to dance on! This in my opinion is a serious health hazard! I could go on and on and on about how crap this hotel is but we were lucky our rep got us moved to another hotel or we were booking a flight home! Oh I feel one thing that is important to point out is the noise from a night club attached to the hotel, three nights Friday 2.30am Saturday 3.30am and Sunday 4.45am before the noise stopped, when we went to reception to complain was difficult to be heard in the reception as it was noisier there than in the room, unbelievable! And when we advised then we were being moved to another hotel the receptionist was almost rude, thanks so much to our rep for getting us out of that s##t h##e. If this hotel was checked by a travel company, then I am sorry to say the the representative of the company was lacking in all four senses.

Someone should remove all stars to that hotel until its cleaned and repeared!

This hotel isn't a hotel anymore, its some kind of dirty...motel. By dirty i really mean it, dirty takes its all meaning in that context. Saying its below average is giving it more credit than it deserves. Where should we start... It's been sold to us as a 4 stars hotel when in reality it's a deasaster. During the day you get disgusted by all you might see and during the night you meet all the wores of sousses in the lounge and at the reception. All pictures you see on internet are old pictures from when the hotel opened or when it was being evaluated in order to gain it's stars. Cesar Hotel have everything to obtain the stars but the lack of maintenance is reducing it to dust. Let me tell you the the feeling you get when you arrive to that "fabulous" Cesar hotel: Its the same feeling you get when you chat with someone over the internet and you get a 30 years old picture from your chat mate to find out in reality that the beautiful person had became old and is not the same person you saw on the picture anymore. So beware because you will be disapointed. So let's get to the facts to avoid more disapointed visitors in that hotel! There are 6 floors in that hotel, where the 6th floor is some kind of party floor during the night (all night) and some restaurant. That's the good part, the less good part is when you want to sleep or try to put to bed your children and you hear everything happening in the hotel and on the street in your room. So don't go there with your family, you might get divorced ;) It's literally impossible to sleep in that hotel before 3-5 in the morning due to all noise from the party floor, from the prostitutes next doors and the screams of other occupants of that hotel. Without talking about what can happen on the street because you hear everything, don't bother closing the windows. They let in every noise. Lets review the cleanliness of this Four stars hotel: There are two persons to clean around 40-50 rooms including the party floor/breakfast area, so don't expect anything clean and no its not the fault of the maid. I would blame the managers who closes their eyes to all this. They know about it all since everyone is complaining. Its just impossible for those people to clean that kind of area properly. Not only they are too few person working to clean the entire hotel but they don't even have the proper equipment to do so. No working cacuum, the maid has to pick up the garbage from the floor with her bare hands. Its pretty humiliating to see them working sometimes, the maid's work clothes were torn up and she wore them during the two weeks we were there. The bathrooms are disgusting, you can see how dirty the tap are, the shower is covered with limestone. - The rooms are cleaned poorly and very slowly, your room could wait to the afternoon to be "ready". - The bathrooms are poorly cleaned, and since there are not enough towel at the hotel you have to wait until they have been cleaned to get a clean one. - The floors and carpets never ever gets cleaned inside or outside the rooms. - The rooms are dangerous for children since the fournitures are deteriorated and in a very bad shape. - The table cloth are holed and dirty. Don't bother being the first one to eat breakfast since the floor, the tables and everything else never gets cleaned. - The baby seat was dirty during an entire week at the restaurant where they "offer" you breakfast until we complained to get it cleaned ( lucky we had some baby wipes ) - So lets talk breakfast and have a good fresh start of your wonderful starting day with a beautiful sun and an excellent view over the sea... if you manage to see through the dust that is laying on the windows the entire hotel after several months perhaps years of negligence. The breakfast is very poor. You get, if lucky, some yoghourt and some kind of mortadel/salami it's a saussice. There are several kind of cheese also, misscolored and hard of course like everything else. Get used to it, you will see it every morning. You will also find eggs, sometimes they are so old they became green undernead. The croissant, pain au chocolat you will find are not fresh and perhaps not from the day. If your teeth hurt its normal, the bread becomes hard at this hotel since no one likes the proposed menu. But hey, some people have no choice since they spent quiet enough money for the stay so they take whats proposed. So don't be surprised if everyone is making a face early in the morning even though the sun is shining ;) Sometimes a cook makes pancakes for you, don't even try to know what kind of oil have been used. If you feel heavy and wish you were dead, its normal. Anyway, thats the breakfast, oh the juice... there are 4 kind of juice, not sure you can call it juice, its some kind of "sirop" poor quality lime, orange, etc. The water that have been used is most likely from the tap. Let's see, there is a swimming pool with a synthetic grass covered with dust due to a poor maintainance. In two weeks the area/pool haven't been cleaned. Behind the pool you have the toilets, they stink of course, you have water on the floor (lets hope its just water). The toilets looks abandonned. At this rate you wonder where you landed in what movie? Honestly nothing is satisfying at Cesar hotel, staying more than 2 days is a complete suicide and murder of your vacations. Don't trust the images you see on the net, nothing is like it seems to be over internet, the reality is by far worse than all comments you can see. And everything is true. Run away. This hotel could be fantastic it just needs another management crew. The hotel manage to get a lot of russians customers, people get there because they dont know the truth of it's situation. I doubt anyone that have been to Cesar Hotel once ever goes back. Ps: i have pictures of most of what im talking about but make your own judgement after reading everyone else too.

    Below average

The room was large and plentiful. However. The TV wasn't brilliant and there were no remote control for it. The small fridge was warmer than the air in the room. The aircon wasn't working at it's best and we think there was a leak by the toilet that was never fixed. There were a few places in the room that looked as if it hadn't been dusted for months. As for the casino/nightclub on site. If you are a light sleeper this is NOT for you. The music is at times so loud that parts of the building is shaking. When complaining at 4am one morning, the concierge, we can look at moving you room in the morning. What good is that when the whole hotel is on the move. As for the staff. They will do almost anything for you.
