  Excelente alternativa a un Hotel

  Los estudios pertenecen al hotel de donde además se recogen las llaves, pero que se encuentra casi simplemente cruzando la calle. El personal, que es encantador y servicial, nos acercó al estudio del que nos enamoramos segun entramos: amplio, limpio, bien equipado, todo muy nuevo y bien decorado. Además, se encuentran en muy buena localización. Lo único, que no es barato... pero lo merece.

  Como en casa

  Excelente lugar para alojarte y sentirte un bostoniano más, inmejorable ubicación "Back Bay", en un entorno tranquilo y seguro; estuvimos en un Studio para 3 personas, espacioso y equipado con todo lo necesario. Excelente la limpieza, cambio de sábanas y toallas. Excelente la confección de Wifi (incluido). El check in/out se hace en el hotel q está a unos metros en la vereda de enfrente, donde también poder encontrar a Donald q se defiende muy bien con el español y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte y tirarte los mejores datos.

  Una sorpresa muy agradable

  Contraté este lugar por las buenas referencias que tenía en este sitio. Y la verdad es que no me equivoqué. Es un estudio con cocina, heladera y todo lo necesario. Está muy linda la decoración, es muy cómodo. La ubicación es impecable, frente a un 7Eleven y cerca de todo para ir caminando. Se manejan de una manera muy particular, mandan un mail unos días antes explicando cómo ingresar al lugar, ya que es "self service". No hacen limpieza durante la estadía, eso es algo a tener en cuenta si a alguno le parece importante. Tampoco cambio de toallas, etc.

  Could have been better

  Pro's Good Back Bay/South End Location Our Room was quiet in the rear of the building However could hear sound foot traffic in the room above. Decent room size and bathroom Con's Dirty bathroom floor Dirty/worn out bed headboard No daily maid service including fresh bath towels. If you plan to stay for more than a couple of days you need to bring your own towels and bed linens.

  total lack of TLC, might be dangerous

  This was quite a shocking experience for me. I sort of understood that this was a self-service hotel with no staff on duty, but I hadn't considered what would happen in situations such as a fire alarm going off. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened during my stay. This hotel sends you a door code for the front door and the combination for a realtor-style lock on your room door. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a loud fire alarm siren and flashing lights at the front door (see the photo of the alarm panel). At that point, I wasn't sure whether it was safe to even enter the building but it was late, dark and cold outside and so I went in, hoping that someone would turn up and turn off the alarm. Then I got to my room, which literally had wallpaper peeling off the walls when I opened the door (see photo). Unfortunately, the peeling wallpaper had left a fine sticky dust of glue and dirt all over the bed that was hard to remove from the bedding. The room was dirty (see the photo inside the closet). And in the background the fire alarm was audible. Had it been earlier in the evening, I would have bolted and tried to find another hotel, but I came from a long cross-country flight and had an event early the next morning, so I decided to ignore all these things and just go to sleep. The fire alarm kept going throughout the night and was still ringing the next morning when I left. The good news is that I am still alive. I will not stay here again. I also wouldn't be surprised if the authorities shut this place down.
