  Place was nice

  It was nice place to stay for shorter period. Rooms are nice and spacious, maintained neatly of bedsheets,bathrooms,towels etc., Hotel staff was cool and informative. Aircondition was good and room view was perfect.

  In the heart of the city of very large population, it is very difficult to make a good booking.

  I came for the tenth time to Bangalore, every time I am lost because it is in perpetual modernization.I chose this hotel because it is in the center of a commercial district and my goal was in a weekend to make purchase for Diwali. we are sometimes looking for a place not too expensive without looking for a useless luxury. for Diwali. the rooms are very correct, the staff is competent and a kindness out of the ordinary. I booked online and the price of a night was even cheaper.many excellent restaurants are around the hotel...do not hesitate to book

  HORRIBLE

  I booked This hotel through OYO for 1992/- for single occupancy for two days. I checked in at around 11:00pm in the night and a loud music dance band was playing on the 2nd floor where I was allotted the room. Same happened on the next night also. Second night also I complained to the reception staff to stop music as it was already 12:45 in the night and because of music I wasn't able to sleep. They simply ignored my complaint and countered me by saying that there isnt any music being played. I had to get out of bed at that late in night and had to walk upto reception to ask them to accompany me to my floor and see for themselves. Then they sent staff and got that music stopped. Now coming to the room review. - Room large sized rooms - Comfortable mattress - hot water is only available till 9am as per reception staff. They will deny hot water in bucket also if you ask them after am. - very rude staff at reception - overcharging of all outside food orders - overcharging of water bottle. I will NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

  DON'T stay here

  Only plus is the comfortable beds & pillow. But there was actual curry & vegetables on our pillows when we arrived. I suspect that the room is being used by staff when there are no guests. The reception staff is EXTREMELY rude! They don't listen to you, they don't look at you , they answer a phone while "talking" to you. Room is dirty. When we asked them to dust (because of massive piles of dust) because of my partners allergies. They dusted only the tiny spot that I showed while explaining. But the most discusting is the smell in bathroom from toilet water coming up. 0 electrical outputs worked. Then we changed room and there only 1 worked. And phone didn't work. Also reception forgets everything. To have towels brought up, the food you ordered. Everything. It was horrible

  Maybe for one night stay!

  Solo female traveler - Was there on a work trip. I didn't stay there for the night. But I arrived there pretty early in the morning. They have a 24 hours check-in - Which was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel. Check-in was pretty smooth. But the room smelled of insect repellent - Esp the bed. The breakfast buffet was pretty simple but hot & quick. Will recommend for short burst trips to get a quick shower & checkout.
