  Clean, spacious and great staff

  We stayed three nights and were very impressed. The room was spotless, with everything anyone could need for self-catering. The staff were wonderful and we loved being welcomed by Bronwyn, Kelvin and Faith for the delicious breakfasts cooked up by lovely Ida. Thank you for having us.

  We were at this hotel for 3 nights and found the facilities and the staff to be of the highest quality.

  Our room was spacious with a large balcony with chairs and a small table overlooking the gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful in a dozen important ways including doing our laundry (they provide a laundry room for us but they just did it for us) and driving my husband for a haircut! Wonderful place!

  Not Quite on the Mark though the Room Was Nice

  This hotel was booked for us by Road Scholar as part of safari trip to Zimbabwe and Botswana. The room was clean and spacious and relatively well appointed. It was however a few hundred feet of outdoor walking from the lobby and up a flight a modestly steep and narrow stairs. The food was edible but rather mediocre. There was limited staff who were relatively coolly courteous and not all that welcoming. I requested a shuttle to the nearby Eastgate Shopping Center since I needed to replace a piece of luggage. The shuttle was prompt and courteous but the staff who booked the shuttle never bothered to tell me it was 240 Rand, Now that is not much money, but it was annoying that they did not tell me when they arranged the shuttle. All in all, not a terrible experience but not one we would want to repeat.

  Clean Rooms & Welcoming Staff

  Conveniently close to all my destinations. All the hotel facilities are of great standard. Was great waking up to a good cuppa and delicious breakfast to get the day started after a restful sleep in their clean rooms. Will come again on my next trip. Thank you!

  Pleasant surprise.

  From the security at the entrance gate on arrival to the security on exit it was all a really good experience. The rooms are very clean and neat, spacious , modern and have a small kitchenette with microwave , fridge and some basic cutlery. Also a restaurant on site which I did not try. Secure parking, nice and quiet and friendly staff. Close to Jhb CBD and half an hour to the airport. Happy.
