  Calssic old school cusines

  Had a business lunch with a party of four. Restaurant located inside hotel, classic decor with a mix of modern (german) building. Service is correct and menu full of classic old school dishes as cordon blue. Plates are abundant and food of great quality. I had a carpaccio as a main dish and it was good. If you like old school cusine you should visit this restaurant if in the arra.

  Amazing place to stay in the beautiful countryside! Highly recommend!!

  We cannot say enough good things about Hotel Dahm. Nathalie and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. After an incident with a taxi driver the first night, we didn't arrive until midnight. Nathalie so gratuitously waited up until we arrived and tried to rectify the situation with the taxi driver. Even though the Inn was remodeled in the most beautiful decor, the rooms themselves still kept their authentic European charm. After an amazing nights' sleep in the most comfortable beds, we were presented with a delicious European breakfast with everything you could imagine. From croissants and bread, to fresh fruit and yogurt, to an assortment of meats/cheeses, coffee/tea/juice, smoked salmon, scrambled or hard-boiled eggsit was the perfect way to start our morning! The reason we made this trip to Luxembourg was to visit the American WWII cemetery to visit the grave-site of a family member. After the situation with the taxi driver, Nathalie and her husband Aloin so graciously offered for him to take us to the cemetery and show us the city from a locals' point of view. We saw more than we could have imagined, had a fabulous day getting to know Aloin, and loved learning about the history of Hotel Dahm and the four generations that this lovely bed and breakfast has been in their family. We ended the day with a 5-star delicious French dinner in their immaculate dining area. We enjoyed drinks in their lovely lounge, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and grounds at the hotel. Needless to say, the staff at Hotel Dahm, and the amazing family hospitality they provided us, created an unforgettable Luxembourg experience. We are forever grateful for our new Luxembourg family. If you ever find yourself visiting the Luxembourg countryside (it is a bit of a drive from Luxembourg City), you will not be disappointed with this delightful and charming Inn.   Will never come here again!

  Yesterday, I and my Luxembourgish friends joined an Army March in Diekirch. We saw a restaurant on our way and planned to have some beer because we thought that the restaurant was a nice one. After 15-20 minutes waiting in the terrace, no one came to serve us, so one of us went inside. Nobody was there. He took a wifi password board to show us, google the phone number of the restaurant, and called them whether we can order something. A server finally came and took our order. 5 minutes after, a woman came to us and took the wifi password board, screaming at us in Luxembourgish (my friends explained it after it happened) that "the board is hers, we don't have manners, etc" and kicked us out from the restaurant. As a foreigner who just moved here, I was so shocked! It's so intolerable for someone who knows hospitality to treat someone like this! Even in my home country, nobody acted this way even if the customers made mistakes. I am so disappointed and I will make sure that my friends and family won't visit this place.

  Wonderful hotel and fantastic restaurant

  We can clearly recommend this wonderful hotel with very high standard rooms extremely comfortable beds and high quality shower facility. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic and they have a very high quality of food, service and location! We can only recommend this perfect hotel!

  Clean and modern

  Excellent spacious rooms with new interior and nice bathroom. The hotel has everything one wants to have during a stay in this beautiful area. Reception staff is friendly and helpful I enjoyed my stay
