  Wonderful

  We were really impressed by the hotel and the staff. Rooms are very nice. You get to choose your pillow from a list of pillows. Breakfast was really good with farm made natural butter cheese freshly collected vegetables etc. Freshly squeezed juices.etc etc the reception desk personnel were always politely smiling and helpful.what more can you want.

  Dedeman is a Great Hotel

  We have stayed seven nights in this hotel, not being familiar with Tokat and its surroundings, basically we spent most of our time in the hotel with exception of one evening, after we visited the Ballica Cave during the early hours of the day.. The accomodations were excellent, servers were very friendly and helpful. The foods in the restaurant were well prepared by experienced chefs who made excellent tasting meals for us. We were treated like we were part of the family, i.e they do practice the good old Turkish hospitality. Thank you Dedeman for providing such trained personnel, and thank you Mr. Alper Yildiray who made us feel at home with his services and friendly suggestion for Tokat.

  Hotels WiFi would require your date of birth?!

  Dedeman is a beautiful hotel, quite frankly everything about this hotel is top notch , from the spacious rooms to beautiful functional bathrooms, the very friendly and helpful Conceirge to the breakfast options. But this is 2018, why should you require guests to type in their date of birth and all to connect to WiFi ? Now, we had to wait almost 20mins for our account to be activated. The TV also didnt come on, called the reception to please come sort it out...No one ever came. Youd like it

  Great Hotel, Higher Level Of Comfort, Good Service

  Stayed at this hotel for multiple times and enjoyed during my stay. The room was quite peaceful, comfort and cozy. The scenery of the room was great that I stayed with a coffe cup and watched it for hours on a comfortable armchair. The breakfast was extremely tasty with plenty of choices of cheese, olive and honey. I enjoyed the breakfast with higher levels of satisfaction. Highly adviced not only for bussiness but also for a family visit.
