Horrible customer service and a belligerent font desk employeeI didn't expect much when booking this hotel because of the price, but when I saw the type of people in the area, aggressive homeless panhandlers, I decided to remove everything from the car just in case. We stayed at the location on Wednesday, June the 24th. We forgot 2 pillows so I called back around 10 am the day we left to ask if they could put them aside so we could pick them up on our way back a week later. The lady was very nice and said they would put them in a bag with our name on it. We returned on the 31st of June. They couldn't find the bag so asked if I wanted to see if I could identify any of the pillows on the shelf. I found mine even though the tan pillow case was missing because it has a Sleep Number label on it. I never found my son's, which was another very expensive pillow. About $40 that I bought him for Christmas. At this point an older African American man came in and basically said I could just go buy one at Walmart. I explained to him that I was told they would save them and didn't appreciate making a detour to find out that his pillow was missing. He became belligerent and even followed me out of the lobby as Was leaving repeating himself that it was no big deal. I called the 800 number and got a hold of someone that assured me that I would receive an email about the incident within 72 hours. I have yet to receive this email. He then asked if I would like to be transferred to another line to receive a visa gift card or something for $100. Instead, I had someone offer me a hotel stay but ONLY if I attended a seminar. It's clear to me that an employee was told what to do but didn't do it and the treatment I received was outrageous at the hotel and since I left without a pillow and 2 pillow cases.

THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO CLOSE!!!!!This hotel was the most nasty hotel I have ever been to. There were no pillow cases on the pillows, roaches crawling on the walls, front desk did nothing, so I did something and left!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!

Filthy and nastyThis is possibly the nastiest hotel ever. I wasn't expecting much, but I wasn't expecting nasty, either. I've stayed in Econo Lodges before that were much better. This one is a few steps below a non-remodeled Motel 6. The best feature was the security guard! I've uploaded a photo of my dirty footprints after stepping on the bath matt at the shower. This is the perfect example of the filth! No vending machines worked as the staff told me someone broke into them and they aren't fixed yet. Bed was uncomfortable. Cops stopping people in driveway. Water blisters in roof from leaks. Buildings in horrible condition. TV barely worked with so much snow on the screen from a horrible signal. Just a few channels. Not even a coffeepot or iron. If it wasn't storming when I walked into my room i would've left.
