  Suprisingly enjoyable !!! Recommend for family time, bussiness, or just to get a way for the night !!!

  I was quite skeptical pulling into the lot as the building looks like an apartment complex. Cannot judge a book by it's cover. As soon as we stepped in, very clean and neat. I was greeted by the front desk agent Nicole and she was welcoming and warming. Excellent customer service and made myself and my little man very comfortable. After checking into our room which was pleasantly clean and very homey which made me feel great that my baby boy was happy. After settling in we went to the desk to ask a variety of questions about the area and the gentleman supervising was incredibly insightful and pleasant. He recommended an array of eatery's around the area as well as a few activities my son and I can do together. Jim was courteous and patient as well as being knowledgeable about the area. I did not get to meet any more of the staff as i stay was shortened due to flight complications, however I'm sure by spending several moments with Jim that he has a great attitude which is absolutely infectious and translates to the other employees as well as guests. Next time i am in this area, without a doubt there will be no other hotel ill be staying at!! If you can make my little babe happy, that's a done deal in my book.   Extended stay

  Great price for the location. The Suite was very clean and comfortable. With a fridge and stove. Alicia Greeted me with a smile when i walked in the door. She deserved a raise . She always works and is willing to help with any questions i had. Jimmy the manager also was very helpful with explaining the hotel. She was welcoming and warming. Excellent customer service and made myself fee comfortable at home. She has a great attitude and will go an extra mile.A sparkling clean & beautiful Hotel with a warm and welcoming Staff! A sincere thank you to the Front Desk Staff: Alicia. Also Thanks to the Manager Jimmy. I would definitely stay when i am in the area.

  Woburn extended stay

  Nicole who works here is a great help very friendly and deserves a raise if you ask me !woburn is a clean well staffed place and they help you with all your needs they even helped us with dishes and silverware

  Best extended stay visit!

  I recently stayed here and the team went out of their way to get me what I needed! The manager Lawrence was great and Nicole helped a lot too. The hotel is a little dated but the hospitality more than makes up for it.

  Extended stay

  Really Miss that Alicia no Longer works at the Hotel. Alicia Was one of the Best workers you had. I knew her from the Homewood Suites in Billerica. I just wish her the best and she was always helpful no mater what hotel i stayed at.
