  Best experience !

  I was at GKAM Hotel with my family ,and I had a great experience . Internal pool and jaccuzi ,fitness center ,and every thing you need to have a great holiday stay . My room was really beautiful ,and the price was super .......Included in the room price I had breakfast ,lunch and dinner, buffet with 101 product ,very well cooked and really tasty .....! On the 13-th floor thereis the Rosa Blu Bar ,when they organize spectacular evenings ,with live music every night . I spent a really great time there ...

  Great location, windowless rooms

  The location of the hotel is very good, but it was a bit hard to find. The hotel is also called Rosa Blu, which was very confusing. Our room didn't have any window and it felt very old fashioned. The worst part about the room was that the toilet had glass windows and glass door that you could see through. It had a sliding door, which was very very difficult to close (had to use all my strength) and once it was closed, it was even more difficult to open. I definitely want some privacy while using the toilet, but that wasn't possible unless I was alone in the room. The breakfast was a big disappointment, as we were only offered cappuccino and brioche. Since we don't drink coffee, we didn't want the breakfast. After asking in the reception, we were told the breakfast also includes tea, milk and cheese, but we were not offered that. Trying to solve this with the staff was difficult, because of their difficulties with English. The hotel has a gym, which we didn't use, and a nice pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna, which we enjoyed very much.
