I spent almost two months in this hotel for business reasons. The facilities are fine, very good location 5 minutes from downtown. Acceptable rooms The bathrooms are very old, something that could be improved. Cleaning well. The breakfast buffet good and plentiful. The best hotel staff. The reception the waiters, the cleaning staff. Very nice Especially Luis, the gentleman at the breakfast reception very charm and helpful throughout the stay and made us feel at home. In general good experience.

Night AwayWhen booking we were not told about the £14 parking fee which is steep. Room pleasant but looked out on flat roof with no view which we thought was a bit mean with so many other rooms available. TV refused to work despite being looked at . It failed 5 minutes after man left room. Room freezing despite turning heating up, think its centrally controlled and they keep it down ? We were told when booking we had use of spa and pool . On arrival we were told we had to book the sauna and steam room but there were no slots left. Food was ok but very expensive for what it was Breakfast was the now familiar granola and Fruit in a bag delivered. Which apparently is £20 each of not in the deal. We stay at Devere Hotels regularly and they are handling the Covid restrictions much better. We stayed here years ago when was a Devere and its fallen a long way Since those days

Leonardo Grand hotel SouthamptonPlease ignore all the bad reviews for this lovely hotel!... this was our second stay and we had a great time. The Staff are friendly, our room was lovely, a really good size with an enormous comfy bed and a large TV on the wall, Breakfast left out side our room was absolutely ideal as you can take with you and have on your journey home or sit with a cuppa in your room!. The hotel is ideal as really close to the shopping area and plenty of restaurants to walk to in the evening. We enjoyed the pool which we used three times over our two day stay, its a good size to do lengths in too. Thank you for another lovely stay and very reasonably. See you next time we visit Southampton.

Lovely stayBooked a belated anniversary last minute stay, and could not fault it! Stayed on the top floor and had a view out to sea, the room was clean, very spacious as was the bathroom. What made it really special was I'd said we were staying as a belated anniversary, and asked if I needed to book a pool slot, they replied and said we didn't, but when we got in the room they'd decorated the bed with petals and towels rolled into swans! I wasn't expecting them to do anything special but it was so lovely very much appreciated. The pool was nice, we didn't use the restaurant or have breakfast, but everything else was lovely.
