    Beware: they steal from the room!

    My friends left the key from the safe in the room. As the result all the money which were inside of their passports in the safe disappeared. Hotel management refused to meet with us and accept the complaint we wrote. They told our guide that we spent the money ourselves and want to earn at the hotels expense. On top of having been robbed, we were insulted. Not a pleasant holiday.

    Non worthy all inclusive

    We had a very bad experience on this hotel. We were received with very rude manners by the reception, we could not understand. After long time waiting for our room, they brought us to our room through the bar which was full of smoke. We have to go through the bar to go in and out with our baby each time. During the two days we were not able to get towels. But the worst is that the staff was laughing at us. They told us several times "come in 10 minutes", after asking a few times they told us "no towels before tomorrow". The restaurants are overcrowded. You have to queue long time if you want meat or fish, and quality is just average. Swimming pools are pretty good, however, since early in the morning all sunbeds are occupied by towels, even the kids swimming pools. It is astonishing that the hotel does not have any policy about it. Most of special activities are overcrowded as well. For instance, they are supposed to offer some coctails in the evening during 2 hours but you have to queue to get one, and if you arrive during the second hour, there is no more, even inside the time limit. The hotels is in general overcrowded and if you are looking for a relaxing holidays that's not your place.

    a very successful holiday. rooms clean and cleaned every day, food good. beach large and clean. very large hotel, well maintained. hotel animation very good aqua gym is good. Torres is a very good animator.

    Definitely going back! A beautiful clean beach, good food and top friendly services.

    In a few words: the kind of holiday you'll always remember. Warm welcome, quick and helpful response from the whole staff, starting with the Reception and finishing with the Security on the beach. Wonderful young team of animators being always around. Entertainment during the day and evening. Wonderful shows every night and they never repeated in 2 weeks, lots of fun activities to participate. A Big Thank you for our funny, loving friend Aziz, you are great, thank you very much for all the fun & entertainment ... I'll never forget your love song :). Very good schedule between the restaurants being opened almost all the time till late in the night. 10 out of 10 for the waiters (a special mention for Habib, a wonderful person, the most caring waiter we've ever met) ...bartenders always on time ... and doing much more than their job (thank you Zied from the BeachBar, your Service & Cocktails are great). The cleaning lady never stopped to surprise my wife with her creations. Thank you to everyone working in this place, you made our holidays special
