  No thanks!.....

  I shudder at the recollection of this hotel. A cavernous place with no elevator, one is confronted with an incredible amount of dimly lit / dark stairs and a very confusing hotel layout. To confound this there were rooms with the same number, different wings etc. A feeling of "imprisonment" would describe it best! There is no parking facility at the hotel, and the nearest is a parking station a few streets away. Breakfast can only be described as very ordinary. Easy walk to shopping area and an Armenian restaurant, which we can recommend.. No english spoken at this hotel, but that was our" problem," not theirs.

  Only for budget travellers

  This place is too far from a 3 star, its a 2 and this may be too optimistic. But if you are a budget traveller, this is a good place for you. The hotel is quite large and its very easy to get lost in the dark corridors, where we had to light a lamp ourselves to be able to see our steps. The walls are as thin as a paper, so if you want to sleep, you better take some earplugs with you. The staff is ok, but during out 3 night stay, there were about 5 different receptionists and I found this very strange. But everyone tried to be sort of nice and helpful. The breakfast is served in a coldish little place, it is poor but sufficient, i guess everyone can find their bit. The rooms are very very simply furnished, we even had a chair instead of a bedtable. A few of very bad pictures on a wall. TV didnt work, only some strange german programs. There is a fridge in the room, but no hairdryier, nor toiletriies exept a soap. The location though plays for this hotel, as its close to the main station and right in the center with some restaurants with average prices and daily menu during the weekdays. To the spa area, its about 10 minutes slow walk, which is amazing. If you want to stay there for a few days to explore the town and youre ready to accept some major falts, its a good choice.

  Poor experience

  Unfortunately completely disappointed, we have stayed for 8 days there and we have experienced all the inconveniences - no lift, absence of warm water in the shower, super small tv with terrible noise if you set it on, breakfast is also terrible. We were staying with 2 children of 4 and 9 years old, and in the end we have bought our food self. We had to take a shower in the nearby swimming pool where was warm water:)-. And the ceiling was so low that I think we have all even kids several times ran against it. With other words, not the best choice.... Price - quality is far to be fair. Certainly no three stars hotel.

  Not good choice

  We stayed 2 nights. This definitely isnt 3* hotel. It is maximum 2 stars with closing both eyes. Our room was quite big, but carpet looked like it wasnt vacumed for month, there wasnt any shower gel or shampoo. Towels were washed but dirty. Breakfast was awful. sausages from microwave, cheese and spread were spoild. Better to havent got any breakfast than this. Staff didnt care about that people has nothing to eat on breakfast. Only good thing is that the hotel is near centre.
