  Clean and spacious

  We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is only 10 minutes by public transport from city centre. Rooms are lovely, spacious and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Showers are huge. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations around the area. Breakfast would not suit everyone. Its self service with bread rolls, jam and butter. They do have a coffee machine with variation of drinks. Would definitely come back.

  Location is everything

  This is a virtual hotel. No one works at it except to clean rooms the next day. Rooms are big and so are the bathrooms. It is clean. They have a breakfast room where coffee is provided daily and fresh rolls. There are wall safes in the hall. Each room comes with a book answering hopefully most of your questions. There are some good restaurants with in walking distance. You are less than 5 minutes to the subway line and three minutes from the bus route. Transportation system is easy to navigate. This hotel is excellent for accessing key tourist spots.

  Perfect for a city break - brilliant location

  Brilliantly located a 5 minute walk to a tube station into the heart of the city (only 2 stops on the tube). Virtual hotel, no staff to check you in or serve breakfast. Breakfast was bread and jam and tea/coffee which sufficed. Room was very clean and a lovely big bathroom. We didn't see another person during our 3 night stay at the hotel, you get a code before you arrive for the main door and your room door. Wifi was fast and didn't have any problems at all. TV is connected to the internet too which was handy.

  Simple but stylish

  This was my second time staying on this hotel. It's clean, simple but elegant and for my opinion nicely located. Yes it's 3 km from old city center but public transportation is working nicely and biggest shopping street Mariahilfer straße is quite close. Hotel is peaceful and only has 7 rooms. Breakfast is simple like hotel but I don't mind. Coffee and bread is ok if you are ready to eat more later. Extra remark from smart tv that ables you to watch netflix if you have your own account.

  Super convenient without fuss

  For the price, this place is probably the best I've stayed at in Vienna. Simple. You're emailed a code for both the entry and your room a few days prior to your stay. No fuss, no waiting for the check-in counter. I arrived approximately half an hour prior to check-in time (1400) and my codes both worked and my room was ready. Room and bathroom were both modern, and all information is provided in a guide in the room. Any questions, just call the desk as per the guide. Breakfast was just as simple. Although nobody was around, everything was provided. Fresh bread was ready, Manner biscuits provided and coffee machine at the ready. Barely a 5 min walk to the closest U-bahn station, and the directions provided on the website are more than accurate. If you are looking for provisions, a Hofer/Aldi is around the corner. Checkout for me involved a little more effort as I needed to contact the Office/Reception attendant to pay in cash. Instructions are such that someone will be attending during breakfast, else contact them by phone. If you wish, feel free to make it easy and just rely on the charge to the credit card provided online when booking. I was super impressed with the simple concept without reception. Although I saw almost no one during my stay, the ease of the process was amazing, and the modern facilities after a 36 hour journey were very welcome.
