  Reminded me of my youth hostelling days

  We did four overnight stays on our recent Alfa coach holiday, and unfortunately this hotel won the booby prize. Access was difficult to our first floor room up an outside spiral staircase - very hard for older people with heavy cases (no porterage available, no lift either). Breakfast was good - the best feature of the stay, plenty of good choice of tasty items. Only a small amount of seating in the bar area, and mostly outside. The dinner was taken in the nearby bistro, arranged by the hotel, very good salad buffet but the rest of the meal left a lot to be desired, and there was no choice, chicken of the "100 legs and no breast" variety, very little meat on it, a load of green beans and chips, and an unexciting dessert. Room itself very small, nowhere to hang things up, badly designed shower, room reasonably clean and tidy, there was however an excellent effective air conditioning system. Have stayed in many better youth hostels in the past, but the night was tolerable. The hotel is located on an industrial estate near to the motorway. We would prefer not to stay here again.

  The charme of the 1970s

  Stayed there for 2 nights during a business trip together with some colleagues. It reminded me to my trips in youth hostels 40 years ago, with he difference that this stay was about 8 times more expensive. My overall impression was this hotel must have been opened in the 1970s and has never been refurbished. For a price of 9,80 the breakfast was not acceptable. The hotel is located close to a main road, it is impossible to sleep with open windows.

  Good hotel easy access

  Good hotel. Computer provided keycards as we arrived late die to traffic. Simpele and efficiënt system dispeched the keys. Good and clean familie room. We didnotuse the breakfast zo Ivan mot judge the quality

  More motel than hotel

  Room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there was an outside entrance that gave the rooms a real motel feel. We stayed in room 16 and the door was a bit sticky and the locks looked like they had been forced open once or twice! The bed was uncomfortable (my husband is complaining of bruised ribs!) and I do wish that I had brought my own pillow. The bathroom facilities were ok and the blinds were very effective as they blocked out light very well. WiFi also worked well. We were staying here on a temporary stop so didnt expect much. I cant comment on the breakfast as we didnt try it. We found it nice to venture to a little town close and go to a patisserie or creperie. Overall, it was an okay(ish) stay but this hotel should be two stars, not three.

  Disappointing Hotel

  Poorly located Hotel, old rooms which are barely clean. Does not deserve 3 stars. Luckily we only slept there one night, but I would not recommend it to anyone except if you don't have a choice. Way too expensive.
