  Enjoyable stay

  Very good covid safety measures. Polite and very helpful staff. Breakfast box was very good, variety of items. Hot breakfast rolls available at reception were a nice extra. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, but a bit basic and dark with no ceiling light. Fantastic to have free use of gym and pool. Harvester 5 minutes walk away, no other eatery nearby as far as we know. Overall, staying here really made our short break in Cheltenham.

  Jurys Inn Cheltenham

  Even when I arrived, it was a first sight like. The flooring, layout, entrance and luxury of the hotel so all in good shape and form. The corridors are clean and well designed which makes you feel at home. The swimming pool/steam room/sauna here is great. But you just need to arrange certain times when to go as it can be fully booked at peak times. The lounge at the entry, restaurant area and where the lift is-has great space. All rooms and corridors create a welcoming sensation in terms of aesthetic. But one problem is-one family who arrived a day before we left kept slamming the door and had really noisy kids-we told the manager and potentially, they did nothing to help that.

  Great place to stay for Cheltenham

  We paid £89 for 2 nights B&B off TravelZoo. I wasn't feeling good about this place because it said you had to pay for parking but that was included when we got there. Breakfast because of C19 was packed and not what we would have eaten, but you could see they were trying their best. The room was OK, a little tired. The gym was good for a hotel and the pool water OK to. Staff really tried to make your stay as good as possible, they are the reason my stars are 5 and not 4 or 3. The other reason is the price. I'm amazed everywhere else gets away with charging so much. I would happily stay here again, except it only takes half a day/day to see everything in Cheltenham.

  Great stay here

  We had a great stay at Jurys Inn Cheltenham. We had got a fantastic deal for a two night break via Travelzoo and wasnt sure what to expect for the silly price we paid. We couldnt have been happier with this choice of hotel. We got a very warm welcome from the friendly staff here and also throughout our stay we found the whole team at Jurys Inn to be very helpful, professional and friendly. Our room was fantastic, it was a spacious family room with a double and a single bed and as there were just the two of us there was plenty of room to spread out! There were plenty of amenities provided too. Our room like the rest of the hotel was immaculate and all Covid precautions were in place throughout the whole hotel. We slept like logs in the comfy bed, the mattress and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was great, you are delivered a breakfast box to your room in the morning which contained a good quality continental selection and a voucher to pick up a hot bacon or sausage roll from reception which we thought was a good idea and we enjoyed our breakfast in bed very much! The hotel is well located just outside the centre of Cheltenham. We got the local bus which stops just across the road from the hotel on both evenings of our stay and it took about 15 minutes to get into the centre of Cheltenham. We also found it very easy to explore the beautiful Cotswolds towns and a bonus is that parking in the hotel was very easy with plenty of car parking places and it was free. We used the leisure facilities in the hotel which we booked in advance and we also enjoyed this. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Cheltenham. Many thanks to all the staff here for making our stay with you so enjoyable.

  Top Class Hotel to Stay in Cheltenham

  Another fantastic stay at the Jurys Inn Cheltenham. The staff are great and very friendly and go the extra mile to provide a safe and comfortable stay. Highly recommended and look forward to my next stay.
