  Marvelous hosts and great views

  Set up on a hill, Kadina offers great views of the valley and mountains below. Helen and Mal are marvelous hosts who make you feel very welcome. There's an extra room on offer, too, which is handy if travelling as a family (which we were). Very comfortable bedroom and lounge, and the breakfast was top notch.

  Lovely Homely Stay at Kadina B&B in Parkes

  I had a lovely stay at Kadina B&B with Helen and Mal- my room was lovely and cosy (on a cold winters night!). They were very accommodating and my breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Their house is lovely, room is comfy with private en suite and is situated on the side of a hill with beautiful sweeping views of the region. Be great for any weary traveler looking for the comforts of a homely stay.

  Warm winter welcome with hot cuppa

  Genuine warm country hospitality. Exceptional B&B with local views and friendly hosts who helped us arrange local activities. Our room with bathroom was clean and warm with ample space. After a long day, we slept soundly and were grateful for the plentiful breakfast which included local produce. Thank you Helen and Malcolm for taking care us us on our travels in western NSW.

  I cannot speak highly enough of our stay there, lovely place and lovely people. They went out of there way to make our stay warm and welcoming, a real b&b with a lovely breakfast and great information about the area (Parkes)..thank you very much Regards W&D Kelly

  Could not possibly be better. Lovely people, first-class accommodation.

  We made a stopover in Parkes on our long drive from Redland Bay, Queensland, to Melbourne. We'd made reasonably good time despite cows wandering in the road and then it rained; how it rained! We had to go carefully and were a bit late arriving. We got a warm welcome from Helen and Mal. Had we phoned ahead they would have provided an evening meal but they gave us advice on where to eat on a Sunday night. Helen made us a cup of tea while we brought our luggage in (with Mal's help of course. The Kadina really is five-star; comfortable bed, lovely bathroom (there is even a bath) and a very pleasant room where we had a most substantial breakfast. Mal's family have been dairy and arable farmers in NSW since the early days of the twentieth century. He was interested in Brexit and recalled the days when the Commonwealth countries traded more with the UK. Helen is a wonderful cook and we set off on the third leg of our journey well fortified. I thoroughly recommend the Kadina.
