  The place really needs an upgrade. Towels are way overdue for replacement, stickers on "what to do" stickers on the walls all over is pathetic and the attic room is definitely not suitable as a guest room.

  I was a little bit disappointed in the room. And there was no hot water to shower.

  As well.would off like more water in the fridge. Beautiful setting.. I think. they should upgrade the rooms and modernized it. Very friendly staff. And very close to entertaining and restaurants.. Breakfast was very well executed..

  Holiday in the most beautiful city in the world!

  I always stay at Cotswold House in Cotswold Drive, Milnerton when I travel to South Africa to visit my children and grandchildren but this time around the room I prefer in the main house was occupied during the time I wanted to stay there and I opted to stay in Lagoon Lodge which is still owned by the same person, Bettina. I loved the Lagoon Lodge Penquin suite as it was self-catering if I chose to cater for myself however breakfast was included and of course the cottage / room was attended to every day. I loved the serenity and the fact that I had a lot of privacy when my children or grandchldren came over. The staff are always very friendly and Bettina is such a lovely lady who is very accommodating and friendly at all times. This is and will always be the place I choose to stay, Cotswold House or Lagoon Lodge.

  Pleasant 3 star accomodation with nice swimming pool for hot days. Wont recommended staying over on weekends as clear shortage of staff. Warm summer days also problematic as rooms have no airconn and no fans available. No lounge a breakfast facilities on site but available at adjacent fascilities. One would expect an accommodating manager, the aggressive approach from "manager" on my complaint was not appreciated. Will not recommend!

  lovely stay at Lagoon Guest House

  We were very comfortable. Enjoyed new bottled water every day. Room spotless. Staff helpful and friendly. Precautions were taken in the dining room for the virus threat. pool sparkling and clean despite the water shortage. wifi worked for free. tv a little small, but that did not worry us.
