  MercureBursa Plaza hotel was simply amazing!! The thermal pool & gym facility was awesome as well as the view from the roof top restaurant! It was my sons 21st during our stay & we requested a simple cake for him. We were pleasantly surprised at the efforts taken by the staff to make our memories so very special!!! The service is superb & the rooms were more than comfortable!

  Very nice staff! Amazing experience

  We booked for 2 night at this beautiful hotel. We were greeted by Mr. Askin who were very polite, informative and very attentive. He helped us with our car, room and things to do near by. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. We met with Front Office Manager who were also very kind and attentive. The restaurant on the roof top terrace was really great! Good value and delicious food! The view is amazing there! We also had a chance to have massage service and experienced the thermal water hot pool! It was amazing! Me and my girlfriend had a very relaxing experience. Do not miss the Italian Restaurant at the hotel where runned by an Italian chief. He was also very kind, attentive and very professional! The room we had was very spacious, clean, quiet and well furnished. Everything was fantastic with this hotel. We did really enjoy every details. Definitely visit back!

  Birthday in Bursa

  It was an absolute pleasure spending my birthday weekend at the Mercure hotel in Bursa. The staff made the weekend very enjoyable as all my partner and I wanted to do was relax. Sedar, (If I remember his name correctly), working at the Olympus roof bar and room service, added the extra touch with his warmth, hospitality and friendliness. The room was very clean, linen and towels smelt fresh and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a day at the spa, where I indulged in the hamam scrub and lomi lomi (Hawaiian) massage as well as spent some time in the thermal pool. The late check-out on Sunday gave us a little more time to enjoy the gym and thermal pool one last time. The lack of robes or walk-through (someone to explain where and how things work) at the spa on Saturday did not matter much after all the other enjoyable experiences. Unfortunately we were too late for the Italian restaraunt Froday evening, however the Olympus roof bar's food was very good (ravioli) and room service was equally enjoyable. A few surprise cakes were organized, which made everything a little more special. Thank you Mercure for a wonderful weekend. We will for sure be back again soon!

  Excellent !

  We just spent the week end at the Mercure Bursa and we have been very well welcomed. First , I made a mistake in the booking and we arrived finally 1 day in advance. However, the reception team, Yeliz in particular (sorry for eventual wrong typo) has been very kind to us and helped us a lot in new booking. Second we have been given a very quiet room, very comfortable. Very good Italian restaurant. Nice breakfast with both continental and Turkish food. And , last but not least, nice Spa. So, our stay was simply excellent. We will come back.

  Best Hotel Bursa

  I will return. to this hotel everytime I visit Bursa. It is outstanding and I would happily stay at this hotel time and time again.It has that wow factor and everything you could want in a 5 star hotel. The hotel part of the Accor chain has great service and I received a very warm welcome. There is the intimate Italian restaurant that has a wide variety of dishes on the menu, some innovative, The marvellous Turkish restaurant on the rooftop has stunning views of Bursa city from the outside terrace. Uncomplicated choices. Room service is very good and i can certainly recommend their lamb chops for meat eaters.It is great to be able to relax and dine in your lovely room with a view. The beautifully decorated breakfast restaurant on the first floor has a fantastic buffet selection for breakfast, The chef will also cook to order. The service her is exceptional and all the staff in food and beverages are managed by Kursat, the acting manager, his attention to detail is outstanding. The front desk are very friendly but professional and took care of everything which added to the wonderful stay. All this added up to a superb relaxing and comfortable stay. There is a great spa, pool and business centre to top it off. 5 star +
