  Pequeño pero gran hotel en Basilea

  Hotel pequeño de diseños con atención personalizada , localizado cerca del tranvía y centro de convenciones , área muy tranquila , a 15 -20 min andando del centro. Habitación agradable, con todo detalle, muy limpia, baño estupendo , cama cómodisima , y personal muy , muy amable y cariñoso. Desayuno bueno . Si vuelvo a Basilea me volvería a alojar

  Very nice bed and breakfast type hotel

  Great bed, spotless clean, mediterranean-inspired breakfast, kind hosts. These features make this small place recommendable. As other reviewers noted, either bring earplugs or ask for a courtyard-facing room. During my stay there was construction noice on the street size, they were building up for the next event at the nearby congress centre.

  I should've written this review a year ago

  A tiny hotel in a beautiful city. The rooms are very nice, spacious and well maintained. What sets this hotel apart is the warmth of the hosts Nikolai and Jasmina. The hotel is well located and in a quiet lane, perfect for relaxation. I have stayed here twice now and I don't even consider any other hotel in Basel anymore.

  Absolute gem

  Stayed here for 2 nights on business. Made a schoolboy error and didnt book anywhere in advance - discovered this as one of only 3 hotels available in Basel for the nights I needed, and it was the cheapest of the 3 at about 600 euros for the 2 nights (its normally much cheaper but there was a conference on). From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed - the girl on reception poured me a welcome beer (and it was very welcome, the temperature was 30+ outside) and showed me to my room (52). Immaculately clean throughout, one balcony downstairs in the living area and not one but two balconies upstairs in the bedroom! Absolutely fantastic room, I hardly went out in the evening as it was so pleasant up there. One of the owners, Nikolai was a great bloke too, shared a beer with him one afternoon and he saw me off when I left. Oh, breakfast looked really good too (didnt try it as im not usually a breakfast person especially in that heat). So to summarise; accommodation perfect in every respect, and all of the staff really friendly and welcoming. Ive been to Basel many times and stayed in lots of different places but I wouldnt dream of staying anywhere else in Basel from now on. Im not one for leaving lots of reviews but trust me, Im leaving this one because this place is the best bar none.

  5 stars if not 6 in all aspects!

  I have stayed at much bigger hotels near Congress centre in Basel. this family run hotel gave me best service, ambience and confortness (spotless clean and spacious room). Ivana warmly greeted me with free welcome drink and asked me if I wished to enjoy it in the restaurant or upstairs in the room. very kind and thoughtful as she knew I might be exhausted after 13 hrs flights and 1 hr train. She also reminded me the rain and land me umbrella if I need one. Yasmina brought me a whole bag with adaptors to make sure at least one of them is right for my elcteonic plugs. Nicola the owner made sure we are taken care of and also sent us to the airport with no charge. none of them reminded me to write something here or on TripAdvisor. they just want us to be treated well and happy when away from home. this is fabolulous stay and thanks everyone! I wish I could be back again in future.
