  Una verdadera ciudad en miniatura

  Me aloje en el hotel con un amigo y nos encanto. Aunque no viajamos con niños, el hotel tiene todo lo necesario para entretener y satisfacer a niños y adultos de todas las edades: actividades, restaurantes, juegos, piscinas, hasta un minimarket dentro, y la playa justo enfrente. La habitacion era como un apartamento, con dos habitaciones, baño y una terraza amplia. El personal fue amable y profesional, en especial Costas, el jefe de recepcion, que nos atendio estupendamente, haciendo de nuestra estancia un placer.

  Todo incluído???

  Las habitaciones son cómodas, como así también el baño, en este último hay un artefacto adherido a la pared de la ducha que contiene jabón líquido, no hay shampú ni crema de enjuague, ni gorro de baño. Los armarios son bastante amplios. Al llegar al hotel había una botella de agua mineral en el pequeño refrigerador, eso está muy bien, pero si quieres reponerla debes pagar, salvo que te tomes la molestia de llevar una botella al bar o al restaurant para volver a llenarla. El agua del grifo es intomable, ya que es salada. Las bebidas libres no son muy buenas, en el desayuno hay zumos artificiales bastante insípidos, si quieres beber zumo natural hay que pagarlo, la cerveza es bastante buena, y sólo de tipo liviana. El wifi también es pago, durante los primeros días de nuestra estadía podíamos conectarnos al hotel vecino "carda beach", hasta que al final lo cerraron y se podía acceder sólo con contraseña. El personal es muy amable y se esfuerzan por complacer al pasajero. La playa y la piscina están bien, en ningún momento sentimos aglomeración de gente, siempre había lugares disponibles, las toallas también hay que pagarlas, 10 euros por toalla, 5 en calidad de garantía que son devueltos al final de la estadía y 5 cobran por el servicio. Kos es una hermosa isla y las vistas desde el hotel son muy bellas. El acceso a las habitaciones no es fácil ya que está construído sobre un monte y hay que subir por escaleras o por rampas, es decir, que las personas mayores o con niños pequeños tienen que pensarlo bien.

  Amazing Family Holiday

  Hi All, I have just come back from a family trip to the Atlantica Mikri Poli and as a family we had a great holiday. The staff were amazing from the cleaners, the bar and restaurant staff, hotel reception to the animation team. They worked continuously to keep us all happy and succeeded in doing so while we were on holiday. The hotel is really nice, the rooms were spacious and we were very lucky to get a sea view room which had an amazing view of the sea. Watching the sunrise in the morning was so peaceful and beautiful, it made a great start to the day. The rooms have all the facilities required and was very comfortable and spacious. The swimming pools on site are great, there is a massive pool and then there is a kids pool with slides etc, my kids used both and loved them. The water park was amazing, and the slides were really good fun, the lifeguards on site were great and played some good music while up there. Again there is a small water slides, etc for younger children and then there are larger slides for the older kids and adults. We would have a good half hour every day up in the water park to get our adrenaline hit fir the day. The hotel is really spacious and social distancing was not an issue, there was plenty of room and we never felt crammed at all. The restaurant was really good, again you had to wear your mask when entering the eating area until you got to your table, once at your table you could remove your mask. The staff would serve you your drinks, and then when you went to get your food you would have to wear your mask and put on gloves provided to go to the food area and serve yourself the food on display. The food was varied and as a family we were happy with the variety on display every day. The staff always had a smile and did a great job. We took a walk into the small town which is only 10 minutes, really nice marina with some lovely bars and shops, recommend a visit. The beach on site is nice, the sea was so warm and there were plenty of fish so bring your snorkel and mask. The animation team were class, so much energy and time for everyone. The shows they put on were good fun and we did enjoy them. All in all a great hotel with great staff. I have been very lucky to visit a few hotels catering fur families and this hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Keep up the good work

  holidays

  i feel very safe during the summer period. the staff all time use to sanitize and sterilize all the surface and areas. i spent my holidays in a wonderful room but it was lite bit distant from the main restaurant . the main bar boys Chris and Leo is the best team with great smile . Nice hotel , on the beach very good choice of food . the theme restaurant it was never open or the restaurant manager dint like to book with some funny excuses

  Near perfect

  Our last day at this beautiful hotel. The staff throughout the whole complex were fantastic, lovely people always smiling nothing too much trouble. The standard of cleanliness is outstanding throughout. The food was tasty and a vast choice was on offer, I always looked forward to the meat carvery station, the meats were beautifully cooked. Each table is sanitised after every use, the staff bring drinks to your table a face mask and plastic gloves are mandatory when choosing your food this hotel has taken every precaution possible to keep every one safe. The staff were excellent always smiling, would like to thank the Manager of the restaurant for how well the restaurant was run. We had a beautiful room at the front of the hotel with our own private terrace just steps away from the pool, and a fantastic sea view.Animation team were the best we have ever met. I could go on and on. This hotel has been the place we have ever stayed at and we are well travelled. I would suggest that Tui use this hotel as an example of a truly excellent well run, safe hotel. Our thanks to each and every member of staff for making this holiday the best ever, near prefection
