  Like staying here to visit family very convenient like the room I stayed in very clean and spacious and the staff are polite and helpful it close to all amenities and theres nice pub/ restaurant next door

  The room was big and spacious very clean .hand gell was everywhere decore very fresh bed comfortable. We would defenately go again staff was very friendly nothing to complain about .social distancing was great one way in and one way out only 2 people allowed in lift at anytime.

  Avoid at all costs!

  Although the website states that there is no air conditioning, it does not state that it is normal and completely acceptable for the room to be 26 degrees at 3am even with the window open all day and night and the fan running for the same period. Apparantly the good nights sleep guarantee doesn't apply despite the temperature outside being 13 degrees and the average home not having air conditioning and never reaching this temperature. We 'holidayed'in 6 different travelodges over the summer holidays where the majority also did not have air conditioning and the temperatures outside being much, much higher than this stay yet the temperature inside the hotel did not reach the unbearable temperature that premier inn inflicted upon us.

  Large room - clean hotel

  We stayed here while visiting friends nearby, easy to locate and close to Hollywood Bowl, this hotel has a restaurant attached to it, had ample parking and check in was easy. friendly staff. We were given room 102, a very large corner room, great comfy bed, nice bedding, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, nice clean bathroom, great shower and towels a plenty. One complaint is we only get one pillow each, two would be better, but apart from that we cant fault our stay here.

  Would just like to say how proffesinal the Spanish receptionist was very polite and welcoming check in was very smooth Hotel was good for money ,bed was comfortable and tv was god Would stay here again :)
