  Great location, lovely staff, decor a tad tired.

  Good sized room, and the bed was comfy. Good value. The location is great for local restaurants and of course the Thermes. The decoration is a bit dated although in good condition, but when you're asleep, I'm not really bothered about that!!

  Great staff but terrible place

  Besides the fact there was no hot water, but the rooms are quite old. There was no hot water and in the middle of winter after a day on the slopes not a welcoming idea not to be able to take a shower especially after paying 205 euro for a room to accomodate barely us 5(2 adults and 3 children). The staff are the only positive aspect of this hotel, very accomodating and helpful. Anyway they should have either reimbursed us half the price we pay to compensate missing hot water or give us free entrance to the Spa so that we could take a shower....

  Oh dear me- never again

  Was promised restaurant, meeting area, gym and bar. They seem to have disappeared. No where to meet at night and nowhere to get a drink at all. Very poor. Room were cold during the night when the heating went off and beds uncomfortable. No restaurant attached we had to cross the main road every meal time thus we had to put on skiwear to go out for our meals. Meals I think not. Every meal was cold or luke warm and the starter was OK (pasta) the mains were awful and raw chips. Yes raw chips and I sent them back and they still came back raw. If you are veggie I hope you like green beans in oil as that is all you are getting. This was by far the worst place we have ever been too. Never again.

  Average with a capital "A".

  I'm writing about this property, not the town of Pre St Didier which is a quaint small village 5 km from Courmayeur. No wine glasses! No coffee cups! It's a wonder there was toilet paper. They rate themselves as 3 star, but that must have been in the last century. This is about a two star property. The decor is very tired and basic.The restaurant and bar supposedly attached is no more.The one saving grace was the polite and helpful staff at reception. The area itself is very pleasant and with a car, there is easy access to all the area has to offer. With regards accommodation, look elsewhere! The WiFi was shocking and that is being kind.

  Absolutely terrible

  Foods not good , uncomfortable beds, overall 1 out of 10 , this is definitely not a 3 star hotel , the staff in the restaurant are extremely rude and shouldnt be in the job they are in , food was similar to a packet of felix tuna and jelly packet
