  Clean and peaceful

  Beyond my expectation staying in this clean and peaceful room at RHR Hotel, located in a university. Check in was smooth, room is clean, surrounding area is green and peaceful near to mosque. Food served at restaurant was good, the tomyam soup was among the best!

  Hotel is very nice, rooms are very big, comfortable and clean. Price for room is quite good (45 eur) includes breakfast and lunch. Internet is working normaly but not everywhere. Food and service were very good. Located far from Kuala Lumpur so it's more suitable in case of presence of car or taxi. I recommend this hotel for business meetings or good solutions.

  Room decoration need some upgrade

  The interior design need to be upgrade. Old furniture/carpet made my sensitive skin itchy throughout my stay at the hotel. The elevator need some upgrade too as it is small and old. Breakfast was nice, staff was helpful. Rate should be lower as the room is outdated.

  Great hotel with Awesome food & Friendly Staff

  Rooms are big and clea and comes with great view of the lake They serve awesome buffet breakfast with lots of variety. The Venus Cafe in the lobby serves nice pastries. Staffs are friendly and helpful and filled with smiles Recommended for leisure and also business.

  Unreliable Receptionist

  Not a good location if you are a tourist. It is located inside a university area. Need to get a grab taxi every time you go out as there is no bus station nearby or bus would pass by. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. The turn down was the staff at the reception. You cant ask them with anything as they mostly dont know the answer for basic information. Another thing, I wasnt almost get picked up by the taxi i have arranged a day prior because they have canceled it without me knowing and I only found out when the driver came and told me so. I even called up the reception an hour before the requested time to make sure things would go smoothly and car would be there when I come down. For guests having an early flight, you have to make sure to arrange transfer your own or if you wish to arrange it with them, they really arrange it. I reconfirmed mine thrice but still I could have missed my flight. The hotel do not organize tours and excursions but rooms. They were nice to refund my unstayed nights but for a big hotel though they could have a better people in front. They lack of customer service skills and knowledge.
