  Over nite trip with 2 rooms

  Great new (7 months) motel close to i-45. Very clean rooms and price is budget, but rooms are upscale with granite counter tops and 55 inch tvs. Coffee pot in room and secure electronic door lock. Parking lot is very lighted up with no dark locations at all. Continental breakfast is minimal, but at $48, we didn't expect much.

  No refunds

  There are no refunds at this hotel. You pay and aren't happy with the room oh well you paid we have your money now #norefunds. The room was ok but no iron. This was a motel turned hotel now they claim to be an "inn AND suites" LOL...

  Holiday trip one night

  Basic Hotel, reasonable priced, which has potential to improve. The first remark was that the room was really large, a lot of empty space! It was very comfortable, but on the other hand some key furniture was (still?) missing. No couch, no comfortable chair, no real office type table (which is very necessary for business travellers), these I missed mostly. Also there was no light in bed for reading which should be there, to my opinion. On the other hand TV set was very high quality! The room was very clean and looked like recently renovated.

  Paper Thin Walls

  You can hear a pin drop - in your neighbors room. Plus anything else they may be doing in there all night. They get an "A" for effort, and cleanliness wise. They gave us a refund on our unused days. The mattress was on a was on a wood platform that came out 3" past the mattress, I call that a knee breaker. The noise from adjoining rooms was a deal breaker, people with children should be aware that noise could be rated XXX, all night long.

  Refused to let me check in because of my service dog.

  This hotel refused to let me check in because I had a service dog. When I explained that he wasnt a pet that he is protected under the Americans with disabilities act they then wanted to charge a 150 dollar deposit for the dog. I said ok Ill pay it and file a complaint with the ADA in the morning the manager handed my Id back and said he was canceling my reservation. Stay far away from this motel.
