  Excelente ubicación y la verdad que en general todo estuvo muy pero muy bien con ese hotel , quede sorprendido de las habitaciones limpias y modernas que tiene , y goza de una vista hacia el río y los puentes que no deben perder y es el único hotel en chattanooga a la orilla del rio. Lo recomiendo

  Nice

  Staff friendly and wearing masks. Scotties restaurant- meh. Nice selection but food was average. Maybe we ordered the wrong things! At Scotties not all servers and staff wore masks over face. Balcony view room was nice! Breakfast was below average. I know its covid but yuck. Ive stayed other places with hot foods wrapped to go. They have Nutrigrain bars, oatmeal packets, yogurt, bagels and cold gross muffins. (Some nasty and dry, apple variety) they did have yogurt but this is NOT a child-friendly breakfast so just be prepared for that. No juice either. Make a reservation for the pool area. Room was clean and spacious. Ask for more towels and shampoo. There is enough for one person only. Id stay here again but I would be prepared to eat a real breakfast with the kids elsewhere or bring my own.

  Away for Christmas

  The hotel is in a great location, a quick walk to downtown about 10 minutes. Parking is $10 per night. We are rewards members and booked a suite, our parking was comped. The room was very large, the bathroom was awesome. Wonderful walk in shower. The bed was comfortable with great sheets and pillows. The balcony was off main sitting room which also had a desk. The refrigerator was smallxas was the area around it with a microwave and coffee maker. As fir the pool, due to covid you reserve your time and is limited to 10 people. We enjoyed our stay very much and will likely stay here again on our next trip to Chattanooga.

  Clean and Comfy - breakfast was a bust

  Room was large and clean and overall very comfortable! Bathroom was also large which doesnt often happen in hotels so it was a pleasant surprise! Appreciated the small package of sanitizing wipes too as theyre perfect to tuck in a pocket or purse! We also ate in the restaurant attached and was disappointed in the lack of social distancing inside the restaurant. Signage stated masks were required and most wait staff wore them properly but there was one gal working neighboring tables whose gaiter was never up or staying on, thankful she wasnt our waitress or I would ha e asked for someone else. I dont find it appropriate to require masks and its not even followed by staff, poor example. Daughter enjoyed her mini corn on the cob called a cobbette and we asked if she could get another which they gladly obliged but then charged us $4 for the tiny 3in corn cob when the kids meal itself was only $7 to begin with, $4 is a bit ridiculous. Mentioning the price upon ordering would have been nice as we probably would have just ordered her another meal considering the cost! Breakfast was lack luster and I understand this is partially due to covid precautions so bagels and English muffins are in individual bags which is handy but then youre left with one lousy two above toaster which didnt want to work unless you held the knob down...this was problematic when others were trying to get their items and still try to social distance! Hotel needs to put utensils, plates and equipment separate from food items so people can access what they need instead of waiting 5 mins for a toaster to work. There was only orange juice, coffee and water to drink too...we were not impressed with breakfast but appreciate the attempt. Overall, I will gladly stay at another SpringHill hotel but will DoorDash our food!

  I will NEVER stay here again!

  First of all, there is absolutely no where to park due to the busy restaurant attached. We had to leave our car by the entrance for valet or park at the top of the hill by the street. They did not tell us about the $10 per night parking fee that was charged to my card. I also bought two 20 ounce cokes and a large bottled water from the lobby as they do not have vending machines... was charged $12. The balcony room was $180 a night and we couldn't even lay in bed to watch tv because the tv could only be seen from sitting on the most uncomfortable couch.
