    Good location, No Frills Hotel, Super Friendly Staff

    The location of this hotel near Walking Street, on Second, was excellent. It is just steps away from vibrant night life and fun. There are convenience stores nearby and easy access to transportation, such as motorbike taxi or baht bus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was billed as "American breakfast," and if that's exactly what you want, you may find it slightly lacking. HOWEVER--the breakfast was consistently EXCELLENT with a wide variety of Thai, Indian, and other dishes. You will definitely want to eat breakfast there every day! This hotel tends to cater to Central-Asian guests, primarily from India, and that is appropriate for the area of Pattaya where the hotel is located. My experience was a difference in standards of manners and most importantly NOISE. Sadly, on multiple nights I had to complain about other guests making excessive noise in the hallways or other public areas. Further, the hotel is undergoing renovation during daylight hours. If you are trying to sleep late, you may be disturbed. Overall, the noise was not so bad where I was unable to rest, and I would consider staying at this hotel again.

    Neat and clean with excellent service

    I have stayed for 5 days during my business trip in Pattaya. The hotel room was very nice and clean, newly renovated room. The swimming offered a great ambiance, well decorated. The staffs are nice and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next visit in Pattaya.

    My experience at Beverly Hotel, Pattaya

    Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the facilities provided made it even more convenient. Excellent and spontaneous services from the staffs. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here at Beverly Hotel.

    Very bad customer service

    The customer service at the hotel is very bad. They hang the phone while we are speaking. Very rude and unpleasant experience. Breakfast was good but Indian lunch provided was not up to mark. Located in good location.
