  Muy buen hotel boutique

  Bien ubicado si vas al convention center y cerca del French Cuarter. Buena atención y muy buenas habitaciones. Prueba el Blody Mary es maravilloso. Puedes caminar para todos las atracciones más importantes de New Orleans

  Muy buena opción

  Recién estuve hospedado en este hotel junto con mi esposa y realmente nos gustó mucho. 1. Localización: me parece una ubicación muy correcta, lejos del bullicio del barrio francés pero cercano para ir caminando . A una cuadra del Riverwalk Outlet Mall y cerca de la línea del tranvía. 2. La atención en recepción fue muy cordial, correcta y educada . 3. La decoración muy Bonita en relación con el Mardi Gras. 4. Nuestra habitación estuvo en el segundo piso , una bonita habitación, cómoda, amplia , con su sala , sillones , mesa , tocadiscos con Jazz, baño grande y una cama king muy confortable . 5. La conexión wifi muy buena , sin problemas 6. El único punto negativo sería el desayuno. A pesar de que tenía lo esencial como lo era café, jugo de naranja, tenían un muy pequeño estante con croissant, cupcakes y repostería pero no había un horno o microondas para calentar el croissant. Había una canasta con manzanas y bananos . Tal vez se podría mejorar con yogurt, cereales y huevo. A pesar de eso, el sabor de la comida era muy bueno . Este hotel nos agradó, nos sentimos muy a gusto, si volviéramos a new Orleans nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí sin pensarlo 2 veces . Lo recomiendo

  Amazing Hospitality

  I did not stay at this hotel but attended an event at The Mercantile. The event room was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to make our event the best it has ever been. I would highly recommend The Mercantile!

  Valet is a joke, everything else great

  If you have to park a car, do not stay here. It is $45 and not even for a full 24 hours. The other hotels in the area are $30ish. It left a bad taste in my mouth when I was checking out and they wouldnt allow us to stay parked a few hours past our check out without paying more. I paid $90 for a 35 hour stay. The rest of the hotel was great. We had a big room with a separate sleeping area and living area. It was clean and in a really good location close to everything. We walked to the aquarium, harrahs , Willa Jeans all in 10 mins or less! The walls and windows in the room are thin so you will hear street noise. I would recommend this place to anyone as long as you are not bringing your car. Really disappointing end to our trip with the valet. I would contract another vendor Mercantile. They are ruining your ratings.

  Getaway .. chill

  Hi , visitors hello and welcome to Bahrain ; This was a boutique hotel , at the heart of the capital of Kingdom of bahrain ( Al Manama ) The hotel is close to everything you will possibly need , we had a pleasant stay , the stuff was friendly, polite and most important quite , we felt like home in a different place , it was a super nice getaway from all the stress covid 19 gave us they made us feel welcomed and relaxed , stuff was wearing there unique floral masks that was so welcoming , every thing was well cleaned and sanitized .. breakfast was good the mushroom egg omelet was excellent, Pool was under construction , but the very good news , we got a free access tickets to ( solymar beach ) In amwaj island Thats almost 25 minutes away from the hotel , they gave us free ride drop off and pickups at the timing we gave , they also offered us to choose to be in a maserati or rengerover , we picked maseratii and that was an experience a VVIP ride , thanx to you mercantile team for that unforgettable experience. Our car was parked at there privet parking , they did not charge us on that , the offer we got for the room was good offer for all the service they gave us honestly, but we did not get the priority to stay at the restaurant bcz we booked at a short notice , and there was a big group that booked before us , witch was fare enough , I did not like though when i had to pay 6 bd for a coca cola , that is 300 fils from the market, thats not triple the price thats x triples , but then again thats our mistake, who does THAT !! either you take what you need from the mini bar and replace them b4 checking out hahaha or never touch that mini bar ever @ a five star hotel or else you need to pay it off like a rockstar;) anyway that was marvelous, and this little hotel gives you , your space , and its full of art and picture in every corner you turn your head too witch gives an amazing vibes... enjoy your stay and i hope this helped
