  A super luxurious stay with an excellent service !

  This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, reception is perfect and quick, rooms are very nicely decorated, the service is excellent, our experience was unforgettable .I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Jordan !

  Awesome place

  This one of the best hotels in Central Amman the rooms are nice and clean, food is great u will never find this kind of service with this prices, and the location is perfect will save u ton of money for taxi Very recommended

  'Good looking' Hotel with limited functionality

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a night on our arrival to Amman. We checked in quite late and were off early next morning so there wasn't much time to look around - my review is based on the limited experience that I had. The check in was fairly smooth and hassle free - didn't last more than 5 minutes. Would have been nice if the FO staff could converse better as he was struggling to explain the facilities of the hotel (which weren't many by the way). Nevertheless, he was welcoming and polite in his demeanor. The room is more or less the same as the photos depict. Inspite of turning down the temperature, the AC was still blowing out hot air and I was a bit peeved that nobody received the call at the reception for the three times straight that I called. It was when I went down that I realized that nobody was manning the reception and the security guard had to go and call the staff from the restaurant. The chief engineer did come by and try and tried to explain that the air conditioning will 'go live' in 13 minutes but nothing happened - the temperature was only okay to sleep through the night. BREAKFAST - something that I look forward to in any hotel. This is one area where this hotel really needs to get its act together! The spread was quite measly and I've stayed at places which offered more variety and fresh stuff for a lesser per night cost. The chef was prompt in preparing omelettes for us but that was probably the only highlight of the breakfast. All in all, I would recommend this place for someone wishing to just spend the night without hoping for all the fancy extras. If a breakfast-less option costs considerably cheaper, go for it!

  Exceptional !

  Very stylish property. Superb service. Rooms are very nicely furnished . Employees are highly attentive and friendly. Location is Great in the center of Amman and in easy reach of most areas within the city, Highly recommended.

  Amazing hotel!

  I stayed at the Sanrock hotel during our quarantine in Jordan and it was was a great experience for us, the rooms are clean and comfortable, food is great and the staff are very helpful and make their best to let you have a great stay ! I would like to thank the staff for their great hospitality !
