  Amazing Property and service level

  The property is located on a dramatic bluff overlooking Californias Sonoma Coast. The resort lodge has updated rooms with balconies and skylights, a cozy lounge and bar with a darling ambiance. Timber Cove has outdoor amenities including an Outdoor Living Room with billiards, ping pong, fireside drinks, and snacks. Timber Cove guests are offered a wide range of activities to enjoy, including guided hikes and wine tastings. Many guests brought their children and pets for their stay as well. The restaurant had amazingly flavorful dishes. The service was impeccable- Shout out to our server Molly who was just simple adorable and kind. She followed up on curious inquiries Id ask regarding the menu and options. She was so patient with my indecisiveness when I couldnt narrow down what I wanted to order She was attentive and sweet. It added to the experience in such a positive light. Next time I stay there, I want to try some of the trails on the property. Timber Cove provided me with a map of each trail but I was too distracted with on-site amenities to explore. Definitely need more than 2 days there!

  Brief but blissful weekend

  From start to finish we had the most incredible stay with Timber Cove. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond in their efforts to be accommodating - we arrived after their kitchen had closed, but they made sure to get us right over to be able to have some dinner after our drive in that evening. We had not yet made a dinner reservation and although none were available for the time we had wanted- they placed us on a waitlist and seamlessly updated our reservation and we were able to be there right when we had hoped. We had all of our meals there- the food is impeccable - and the wait staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable. We have already recommended Timber Cove to many of our friends. Best views and service :)

  Beautiful reno + great service!

  Situated on the northwest side of Sonoma County, Timber Cove sits on cliffs, overlooking a gorgeous, captivating, and dramatic coast. Sunsets are stunning, and during our stay, we often saw staff and guest alike start to walk outside and stand on balconies to catch the magic moment when the sun dips into the ocean. There are trails extending north and south on the cliffs and through the rocks surrounding the property, artwork to enjoy, and even a scavenger hunt marked by numbered rocks. Inquire at the front desk. Timber Cove management took the time during lockdown to renovate the property. They did a fantastic job! Service was outstanding, understated, and perfectly suited to the tone and vibe of the beautifully appointed, rustic resort. The restaurant at Timber Cove, Coast Kitchen, is lovely. Staff is warm and friendly, including the wine director, and the food is elevated to a level you'd experience at more urban and competitive restaurants. Definitely try the oysters!

  Perfect getaway spot!

  Great place to escape to the coast. Beautiful ocean views, great hiking and wonderful food made for a very relaxing getaway for my husband and I. They also made the best of their outdoor dinning space with heaters and such.

  Weekend Getaway

  Our stay was so enjoyable and relaxing...the perfect, quick getaway from town. We had dinner and breakfast at the resort and all of our food was fantastic! Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was clean, well decorated, and so comfortable. Having the fireplace in our room was amazing...its the details like this that set this resort apart. We left feeling well rested and ready to start our week.
