  Absolutely perfect

  Absolutely perfect: room, wellness area, breakfast and diner. Every one in the personnal staff knew I have food allergy and they take care of me. People are very kind and helpful. Even the garage is great in winter. Nothing bad to write. We already came 9 times and we will come back.

  Perfect

  One of the greatest service I had from hotels. The hotel wasnt crowded, I think it is more crowded at winter. The check in/out were very easy and fast, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is great (gluten free bread is available), the view from the balcony(alpine view) is beautiful. The only thing that was a bit hassle is that the hotel is located very deep in the mountains so if you are planning a star road trip then take in consideration that you have about 30 minutes each way just to get to the highways or outside of the village. Not like if you are taking hotel in Imst or Innsbruck, etc.

  Cozy & relaxed weekend!

  The hotel is definitely above average and we were super happy after we spent a nice weekend there! Very friendly and funny staff, whether at the reception, at the restaurant or spa. The food (breakfast buffet & dinner) was outstanding and we were always very well served, although we always appeared a bit tight before the deadline 0=) The rooms are nice and clean. Only the beds and pillows could be a bit more comfortable and the concept of the shower drain is not well thought out, sometimes the whole bathroom was flooded. The spa area is small but mighty. On Saturday it was relatively busy and therefore a bit too loud. But to be fair it was the spa peak season. All in all we spent a super relaxing weekend there package and we can definitely recommend it!

  Fantastic for couples

  We stayed 3 nights. They upgraded us to a junior suit. It was spacious and very modern and clean. We appreciated the free mini bar each day. Views from.room 233 were amazing. Bed was comfy. Very quiet. Breakfast was great especially the omelets. The spa was nice although a tad bit noisey with kids. The huge rockers around the fireplace are super comfy. The location of the hotel is superb. We recommend dinner across the street at the hotel which is 5*. Took advantage of the bahn card and went up the mountain and enjoyed 2 days of amazing hikes. We would 100% recommend this hotel!

  Perfect happiness

  The best hotel I have been to in the past 30 years of my life. The hotel is located in a beautiful alpine village at 1111 metres above sea level. You can walk to the centre of the village in a few minutes. As a hotel guest, you receive a card that gives you free access to all local buses and skylifts. The rooms are enchanting and they all have a beautiful view, either of the valley or of the mountains. We were in the basic room, which is just beautiful, with great cupboard storage, a big comfortable bed, a modern big bathroom, a table and chairs and a beautiful balcony. The drinks in the minibar are free, which is also great. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the food delicious, there is a swimming pool and a spa, it just couldn't be better than this !
