    El hotel esta muy bien localizado, fue un poco difícil encontrarlo porque el GPS lo ubicaba como a 300 mts antes. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, buen restaurante, solamente que había que esperar demasiado tiempo para que llegara lo ordenado. Personal amable y colaborador.

    Balconies!!!

    Very nice! Surroundings, view and balconies were perfect. We met up with family members and there was a beautiful park to walk through directly beside the hotel. Our room was large enough to social distance and afterwards easily sanitize.

    Disappointing experience. Terrible stink but a helpful front staff.

    This was a disappointment from the time we tried to book in. We booked a king room. with a harbour view. After a 20 minute wait for the room, they gave us a room with two doubles with a street view. We went back down and said our room was wrong. They then said it would be another 20 minutes while they "prepped' the king room. So again we wait in the lobby. When the room was "finished" they sent us up. There was still a gentleman cleaning the room but the body odour coming off him was suffocating. I am not talking a bit of a funk from a man that's been working and hasn't had a chance to clean up, I am talking filth. This person sadly left a trail of stink. My wife and I were gagging. We were dead tired and this was getting late so I opened the balcony door and the room door and stood there fanning the door for 5 minutes hoping to evacuate the air from the room. This worked after a while. That is a first for me. The room is dated, very stark, and not very pleasant. The location is nice and the front staff gentleman was pleasant and tried to be helpful. The gentleman cleaning the room needs basic hygiene lessons. We could smell him in the hall as soon as we got off the elevator. It is a terrible realization that the nasty stink in the hall is emanating from your hotel room. We will simply not return.

    No courtesy

    I booked for an "accessible room" and to my dismay I found there were two handles fixed INSIDE A TUB. There was no roll on shower, no support in the toilet. Bigger disappoint - It takes me a while to get out of my in the morning due to my challenges and I had requested a late check out of 2pm. The lady at the front desk Ms. Deni was kind enough and confirmed. I requested specifically to her to ensure it is updated in the system. On the day of my checkout I get a knock on my door at 11.30am asking what time I am checking out. I told the house keeping they should check with the reception in their records instead of going door by door asking about their checkout details. I spoke to Mr Lak in reception and he was very curt in stating there is no such policy and that I must vacate latest by 1pm. I checked out by 12.30pm. This is the second instance I have of living in a RAMADA WYNDHAM. I certainly will never walk into this franchise in the future. Terrible experiences. May be the franchise owners don't care to understand hospitality. To top it all, both the instances I have stayed in a hotel during COVID meaning this was not some peak business periods. Very disappointed.

    Rooms not cleaned

    Upon arrival @ 9:30 at night and driving for 2 hours we checked in and went up to our room. It had not been made up nor cleaned. Bed was not made and items out in the bathroom. After going back downstairs and waiting 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk we were given another room with no responsibility taken for the unclean room. Well it shows that it was cleaned on the computer. Upon entering the second room and beginning to unpack because the bed was made, we found urine on the toilet seat and hair around the complimentary shampoo and counter. This was without needing to look very hard. With COVID, it left us feeling the sanitary process and any added safety measures were not a priority. We decided after this second attempt we no longer wished to stay at this hotel and expressed our concerns regarding COVID and cleanliness. The desk took our number and told us that someone would be in contact with us the next day. It has been a week with no response. I guess it just doesnt matter to Ramada about our experience. We moved on to another hotel to enjoy our stay in Belleville at another chain of hotels where obviously there were indications they made cleaning and COVID a top priority.
