  This place is a scheme! Don't be fooled

  It was a shocking experienced; a guy rents out his room in his own apartment and calls it " Bed&Breakfast" It is a scheme; don't be fool by this ad! This should be removed from the website! A guy looking for easy buck; misleading; false advertising!

  Don't bother booking, you will be disappointed

  I booked this B&B through Expedia and secured the booking with my credit card. Then 1 day before I am due to fly to Istanbul this guy writes to me and cancels the booking citing incorrect CC details. I assume he is referring to credit card details but let me tell you my details are registered with Expedia and I book 6-15 hotels a year through them and the card details are valid. I guess he just got a better offer elsewhere. Don't bother booking and avoid the disappointment!

  Excellent for Couples

  We stayed at the place for 3 nights. We felt really at home. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, and well equipped. It is a short but steep walk (3 to 5 minutes) away to Taksim Sq. and there you find everything you want. The owner is very nice and kind, he helped us a lot. Istanbul is a nice and beautiful city to visit. We spent most our times out of the apartment till late night. Where ever in the city you are, you can get to Taksim Sq. easily by the use of public transport and a short walk to the apartment makes you feel good. You don't have to pay much for taxis! We enjoyed our stay at this place and surely would use it again for our next stays. With this value, it is the best place to stay for couples and good for small families.
