  waste of time

  This inn does not understand hospitality. Unfriendly and disorganised service. Breakfast is included but only for one person out of two staying in the room. A first for me anywhere in the world . The rooms are tiny and lacking of even a bedside table. The food is mediocre to say the least !!!

  Affordable great place!

  In Nairobi it's not too easy to find a place that offers good rooms, breakfast and safe and central location in reasonable price. Found this hotel on the Internet a few moments before getting there, and was very happy with it! The location is in upper hill Nairobi, good, central and safe! Rooms were great, guarded compound, and good included breakfast in the morning. The staff was very nice and helpful. Also, there is a Java just on the doorstep, so it's extra points. A perfect place to be in Nairobi, go go go!

  just stay here if you cannot find another bed

  I booked via internet after seeing a nice pic of the garden, and a reasonable price for the stay. But the garden is a restaurant and my hotelroom was a bedroom of a top floor apartment far above the restaurant. So far away from all and everything that thy need a fence for the room door. I got the impression the restaurant is core business, the hotel is just extra earnings. My room (i do not lie) was 3.5 x 3.5 meters. No table even no space for my luggage. I even got claustrophobia when i was in the room. The 'hotel' is located in a boring business centre, so in the night you need a taxi to go out. The only plus: there was a mosquito net. Breakfast was NOT included, but I could get juice, coffee and an omelette for just 450 KES. For good espresso look around the corner, there is a Java coffee house.

  Good location

  Central location closer to downtown, in an apartment complex, restaurants and malls are a short Uber drive away, getting to the suburbs can be time consuming, friendly staff, 24x7 reception, clean rooms

  Lack of effort

  I stayed here to be close to a client meeting on a budget. It's clean, but that's about it. Room filled with mosquitoes - I must have killed 25 before getting in to the bed, which has a mosquito net, but the noise of dozens of mosquitoes hovering around the bed was too much to sleep. I left and found a room at another lodging. They also charge 200 shillings for room service, which is literally someone walking a hundred metres to your room.
