  San Remo leg of our trip

  This accommodation is a real jewel and we would stay there again. It is an older building in the heart of San Remo with rooms converted to stand-alone suites with high standards. Breakfast was a joy on the open patio. Simple, yes ( continental style ) but coffee choice was excellent and served by one of the hotel staff. Kitchen and bar were open at all times to guests whenever they wanted to help themselves. Hotel is centrally located for market, train station and port/beach, although beach was not very clean. Market was great as was our side trip to Monte Carlo.

  A nice stay

  Been there for just one night and we were very well satisfied with it! They have six rooms, everything looking clean and brand new. Nice ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, very good breakfast to be consumed in the terrace during the hot season. Very good prices and use a few meters from the famous Ariston theatre, all the shops and the main monuments. Id definitely come back there when in Sanremo!

  Amazing

  In the middle of the centrum, restaurants, shops etc..... roofterras, luxury rooms with tv and sky channel. Breakfast included possible on the roof terras. Beautifull room, bathroom. Parking place sometimes diffucult to find

  Lovely stay

  Lovely stay at Sylva Suites. Great location, very quite even though situated on busy pedestrian street, very clean, lovely staff, good price and adequate continental breakfast. For cocktails try the little bar/restaurant across the road in Via Goffredo Mameli, up from ice cream shop and beside sweet shop. Brilliant cocktails served with tapas in the evenings - yum! San Remo itself was very busy in August when we stayed, mostly with I would say Italian holidaymakers. Lots of lovely shops and plenty of restaurants/bars but we did find the food was not the best that we have had in Italy, rather poor value for money, or we could have just chosen badly and were unlucky. Might be a good idea to check trip advisor before choosing a restaurant.

  Lovely spacious and clean apartments

  We stayed in a family suite with our 2 sons and found these to be lovely, well appointed and very clean suites. There was more than enough space for the 4 of us and the room was very tastefully decorated with a great view of the main promenade of San Remo. The bathroom was gorgeous and the location was perfect (bear in mind that the apartments are located on the 3rd floor with access via a lift). The breakfast was quite basic but more or less as expected in Italy.
