  Good location

  I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is excellent, 10 minute walk from both Umeda and Osaka stations. Their wifi is super strong in comparision to other hotels. Room is smal but clean. Bed is so so, pillows are super hard. I had a stiff neck after my stay. Room amenities lacked some basic essentials: no free daily water bottles, no tea (i asked front desk but they said only coffee), There was a kettle though. Everything else was for rent (?): charger, iron, bottle opener, blanket, and more. Reception is on the 2nd floor, staff speaks very little English, no help with directions. Check in was no problem. One tip: their in room fridge has an on-off button. Make sure you turn it on. I did not know until the second day when my milk almost went bad. One last thing to add: check out is at 10am, quite early I think.

  Good stay

  Our stay was good. The hotel is close to a metro station so it is convenient. The room we had was clean and we also had amenities in it. However, the room was quite narrow but I guess it is like that in big cities in Japan.

  Costly mistake

  Hotel in a great location, conveniently situated close to the metro and Shin Osaka stations. Booked smoking room by accident and no available swap, not sure if it was unclear on the app or was I careless. Reassured that room shouldn't smell but there was barely any oxygen in the room and dated (damaged) furniture and linen reek of cigarette smoke. I couldn't sleep at all because if the window is open then there's too much noise, if it's closed it feels very stuffed. I got up now with sore throat and cold like symptoms. Toilet fully equipped but dated and worn out. The only upside is that the tv supports casting, BUT even that is very annoying if you're casting using an iOS device. Edit: I decided to check out next day whilst still having 2 nights paid upfront. I didn't get any (out of 3) receptionist that understands English so I wasn't asked why am I leaving early or anything. I got: "thank you, bye" so bye to you too. Yes, I'm aware I accidentally booked a smoking room, but not even smokers deserve to sleep in that stench.

  Lovely hotel

  Please save time on your visit and get a taxi to the hotel as it is difficult to find. Once settled then you can walk out and find your way around. It will then seem easy to find unless it is night time when the buildings around the station become disorienting with all the different lighting effects. Rooms are small but very well equipped.

  Average stay, poor location

  This hotel is ideal for coach or taxi travelers as you can delivered right to the door. We booked 2 nights thinking it was close to Shin Osaka, the main station. In fact the station is one metro stop away & there are few good restaurants, mainly surrounded by bars. Car parking was available but only for a fee. The rooms facilities were comfortable.
