Never stay in this hotelWe rent a small and private room, which has only a bed. There aren't any ventilation in the room , we feel suffocate and hot and awake in the middle night and end up slept with opened door. The second night we just let the door opened and sleep. I wonder how other people could even breath in such a poor ventilated room. Never rent the hotel. Very BAD experience.

Terrible, fake news- Rooms are extremely small (only one person can move around at a time, so take turns doing things like packing your luggage, finding your tooth brush etc.), most are not ventilated. We booked a room with a window but didn't get this first up. After a lot of time complaining and also one night in a room without a window, we were moved. - Rooms will most likely be missing bed sheets, towels etc. which you will have to request from the 24 hour service desk, which is not actually 24 hours as often the attendant goes missing, additionally the attendant doesn't speak English so you will struggle if you're not a Russian speaker (presumably this facility was made for Russians only). - There are only 2 public bathrooms between around 100 guests. Be prepared to wait a long time in a very cramped reception area or just to not shower at all during your stay here. - There is a strange rule around not being allowed to wear shoes inside. Be ready to take your shoes off at the entrance and hope that they don't go missing. - Location is great, very central. - Prices are, as you'd expect, very cheap. - If you are looking to experience a glimpse of life in a refugee camp / detention centre in an inner city place at a relatively inexpensive cost, this is the place for you.

Not Good Customer ServiceNot adequate amenities for the number of rooms. Kitchen too small, cannot hold more than one person at a time to prepare food plus not enough space in the refrigerator for all the guest's food. There are water filters that look as if they have never been changed. The bathroom and toilets are inadequate for the number of rooms. Hotel guest's children are allowed to run around the halls at all hours, people in shared rooms talk as if they are in their own living room early in the morning or late at night or on their phones as if the person is across a football field. There is no policy or if their is no enforcement to stop the noise except not to use the washing machine after 10 pm which is not as intrusive as some of the guests. There is a language issue and lack of understanding of customer service. They have a discount code but it is still cheaper to book through a booking site and when this is pointed out they are not correcting their poor customer service because at each turn, adding more cost to you stay either saying the rooms is better than you booked or that the rate on particular days is higher than the block booking you made so you have to pay the difference. Be very clear about the number of nights, total cost and type of rooms, I suggest using a cancel at any time booking site that allows free cancellation and only book and pay in blocks of short stays of say 3-7 nights at a time. There is a difference between the various branches of this chain so it is worth staying at one for a short stay and checking out some of the other branches till you find a room, location that is right for you. Rooms with windows are needed because rooms without are stuffy, overheated, in some cases smelly and noisy from whatever is underneath. I would not stay here again no matter how cheap the price. The staff do not have enough English or enough understanding of customer service to make appropriate choices. They do not respect their own do not disturb signs and open or knock on the door despite the sign. The sheets do not property lover the mattress, expect it to bunch up on a not very comfortable bed. The walls are not soundproof despite this being on the features list. The washing machine is often take by the staff drying floor towels from the constantly wet floored bathrooms.
