  Good

  Good location - the resort isnt flash or fancy, the rooms are basic and the bathroom is alright. But for the price and location being by the beach its fine for a few days. The staff are really nice and help with tours and transfers. Breakfast was good too, nice selection. Pool for kids and beach chairs with some shade for reading. Bar also there for a few drinks in the sunshine. Easy chilled spot to watch the kite surfers in action.

  A very unfriendly place.

  We stayed for 6 days. But wish we could leave after the first day. Before we arrived to the hotell i email to Ask for pick up from the trainstation. No answer at all. When we arrived and steped out the car. Not sure where to go. Until we realised that the reception was just infront of us. They saw us coming but no one bother to meet us. They hardley Said hello when we checked in. The room was very old and could have been better cleaned. So dirty under the bed. The toilet makes noice when other guests flash the toilet. The water in the shower sometimes have Warm water. And the water pressure in the shower is bad. One of my kids beacome ill and throwed up during his sleep in the bed. I went to the reception to get some help. Wanted new linens to the bed. And something to clean the floor with. The girl in the reception just Said that it wasnt possible beacause there where no cleaning staff working. She was totaly ignoring me with an sick child on my arm. I told her again that i needed help straight away. Just go to ur room she said with a big sigh. After a while she showed up with new linen. I Said i needed a new matress cover if he would vomit again. She just Said fully booked. I stood up and Said it was important to cover the mattress. She went to got one. She came back with one to a singel bed and tried to fit it on the dubbel bed. I askes for one more and she sight again. I hade taken all the old linnen outside. And she just left everthing outside my room all night. She cleaned the floor with nothing more then water. No change of water. I wanted one more pillow she game back with one so dirty and asked if i wanted it. I want a clean one. Sorry fully booked. Later on that night my husband went to the reception and asked the night staff. He sorted a new pillow and quilt. I have never been treated so bad. The breakfast staff dont even talk to u. No one replies when u say goodmorning. They just take the breakfast away even before 10.00 and No one ask if u want anything more. One day at the pool. A couple with a child comes walking from the reception down to the beach. I dont know why but someone from the staff start screaming to them with the f world and givning them the finger. She is so angry. She walks after them just scream the f world and keeps on givning them the finger. They dont reply just walks on to the beach with there small child. This infront om all the guests in the pool and restaurant. Who behaves like that??? On the beach is dirty between the sunbeds. Its plenty of beds so easy to get a sunbed. The pool is clean and the hotell is located just on the beach. This could be such a lovley place. But with the staff and the attitude They have Its not worth staying with them.

  Good location , good service, an average room , poor food with expensive price

  Ananda Hotel has a great location , next to the sea ; Reception performed enthusiasm and patient to us and recommended us about options of local tours and moto renting. Room was okay and clean , average quality, half opened toilet without total roofed. Restaurant in hotel was next to the sea , food quality was not so good , quite expensive.

  Avoid this place at all cost

  This place have the worst service in muine. We stayed here and this girl in photo confirmed that the breakfast is included. When we are checking out she then said we have to pay the breakfast. We asked her to call the manager but apparently no one is running the place. We left and told her that she can ask the manager to call us and we can settle it. Instead she billed our card without our permission. This place is just horrible, she has been abbrasive all the time from check in to check out. Please save yourself the trouble. The place is okay but the staff interaction would just make the whole thing sour. Place is okay, food is meh. Staff is incompetent and rude. Do not go.

  Best resort ever

  Booked the resort despite reviewing some comment on the beach condition. Would like to clarify. The beach itself is not great. But it's not just the resort beach but all along mui ne even if you book the best resort. What makes this place so different from others is thay you get your own small bangalow. You feels more like a home than a room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Pool is clean every single night. (i know this because I'm there every night too) Pool foods prices are reasonable. Between 3 to 15 dollars (Australian beef steak) Cold AC Easy bike rental at 160k per day One thing they need to improve is the hot water. I stayed in family banglow and it needs 3 minutes for the water to gets hot. Everything else is great Worth staying.
