  Este lugar es la union de lo acogedor de un pueblito con lo entretenido del ski. Estuvimos varios dias donde puedes comer tipica comida americana y un rico cafe por las mañanas. Ideal para personas que quieren aprender a andar en ski o snowboard

  Christmas vacation

  I received a very warm hospitality welcome when I arrived. Throughout my stay, Kari went above and beyond to make this the best Christmas ever. We will be returning next year. Thanks Angel Fire!!!

  A great ski vacation

  This was my first ski trip and first time at Angel Fire Ski Resort. I must say I absolutely had a blast and will be back. Upon walking in, we were greeted by staff who was not only super helpful but incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and cozy. Everything worked great in the room and the bed was super comfortable. The lodge opens to the ski part which, being new to the ski boarding process, I found super helpful. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful in guiding you wherever you needed to go. Everything seemed to flow smoothly. Most of the lifts were working, most of the trails were open, and the base was packed with snow. Being the first time I have been at a ski resort, I can confidently say that I will be be back again without hesitation. For those worried about Covid-19, they are following at protocols and procedures and not once did I feel unsafe.

  I was shocked that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. During Covid this is unacceptable.

  The handle on the microwave was grubby, some sort of pink food. A pan lid in the cupboard had peanut butter on it and it was also smeared onto the cupboard, some of the other dishes had not been cleaned. The jetted jacuzzi tub we used, we left the water in to give added moisture into the room... and then in the morning the water was BLACK with growing bacteria. One drawer still was full with the previous persons belongings. We will not stay here again.

  Disappointed

  We take an annual trip to Angel Fire and really enjoy the slopes and all 3 of my kids have learned to ski at the fantastic ski school. Sadly based on this years experience we are done. Normally we book a room through Air BNB etc., but this year wanted to support Angel Fire Resort after the rough season they had last year do to Covid. I booked a Condo Directly through Angel Fire Resort. The Condo was very dated, this is understandable in a ski town. The place had obviously not been cleaned based on trash rappers and even a candy bar that was wedged between the headboard of one of the beds. The kicker was 5 days after leaving getting a $215 credit card charge for a broken microwave. A microwave that worked fine the entire time we were there. Obviously this must have been an error, so I reached out to Angel Fire Resort. After 3-4 phone calls and messages not being returned, I finally was able to talk to the property manager. This conversation quickly regressed as this was not a mistake and we were blamed for dismantling a microwave beyond repair. This was obviously nothing more than a money grabbing scam. I was blown away at the unprofessionalism and the treatment I received. Customer service has never been a strong point with Angel Fire Resort, but this was an entire new low we can no longer tolerate or support. We will miss Angel Fire but look forward to new adventures in Colorado!
