  Excelente!

  Vinimos al apart x 3 días 4 personas. Una de ellas viene en silla de ruedas, por lo que hemos solicitado una habitación adaptada. Todo ha sido perfecto, el apartamento genial, confortable y decorado al detalle. Lo mejor la atencion del personal, siempre con una sonrisa, nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos pedido y están super pendientes. La relación calidad precio inmejorable con desayuno incluido!!. Sin duda un lugar para repetir.

  Vaya comida!!!!

  El mejor arroz de la costa, ensalada y entrante espectacular a un precio excepcional, gran servicio, repetiremos!!! La terraza comodisima, comer allí resulta encantador, tranquilo, con espacios entre las mesas que permiten tener tu intimidad, y la cocina, espectacular, tratada con el mimo de una cocina de mercado y temporada, cada día nos dijo el chef, tres arroces distintos de producto fresco y temporada, más una carta corta, pero sugerente, así como las distintas opciones diario de platos Estamos deseando volver!!

  Quiet luxury

  Arriving the week before Easter we were met with a warm welcome on check, really simple and straight forward and all the while really friendly and attentive. The apartment building itself is clearly new and of the highest quality. It is situated slightly off the main road just above the beach (97 steps down to the beach or you can walk down an easier sloping road) which brings you out beside the dolphin hotel. The rooms are simply (even allowing for the low cost) superb. Really well finished and the decor is excellent, this along with the most comfortable beds we have experienced in any of the Benidorm hotels we have stayed in (for much more expense) made this the perfect stay. Whilst there are no baths the showers are excellent and roomy, living room superb and the balcony is massive. As we stayed in April with the weather cooler the balcony was cold although this would be because the room we stayed in (room 11) was at the front of the building so was uncovered and directly in the wind flow. The view is what you might expect due to the location (just the road) however there is a roof top terrace which has to be seen to be believed..(see the pics). The lady and gentleman who run the building are truly superb, they are a real credit to the sofia and hard to believe they are not the owners as seldom do you see such commitment from anyone other than someone who is personally invested in a business. Breakfast was excellent all the usual continental but with cooked to order omelettes or fried eggs, all served with the most genuine of smiles and delicious! I must say the service and warmth of the team (both of them!) was of a standard that was simply stunning and something the owner should value highly! Some small touches which would be worthwhile.. in the rooms - a tea towel to dry dishes (there is a rack but not sufficient) a toaster would be of use if really self catering. All in I cannot believe the value and service on offer at the Sofia and would strongly recommend you give it a try. *A note for whoever runs their website - when changing language options on the website the initial language remains the same until a date of arrival is selected. This makes it practically impossible or likely that someone who doesn't speak/read Russian would be able to navigate the web page. Finally a huge thank you to the team who made our stay so fantastic!

  Lovely

  A wonderful hotel very close to the sea. Located in a very peaceful part of Benidorm, Sofia is a truly a calm place. The room interior is superb, beds are super comfortable, decor is excellent! So many restaurants nearby! The service is very personal, even at breakfast - they can cook you almost anything you ask for (we had a very small child in our group and every single dietary request was taken with the outmost attention and warmth). This place is perfect for families and those seeking peaceful, beautiful accommodation. Also, the terrace is AMAZING.

  Very happy with apt

  Everything for a self catering holiday was perfect Added bonus of breakfast All staffs are great and always friendly The only negative is the distance to town but taxis are cheap A few good bars local for a drink We liked the small bars end of street
