Great place to stay for touring IrelandI had a wonderful stay and vacation. Breakfasts addressed my needs: Ken made me delicious vegetable egg white omelettes and introduced me to kippers and Irish brown bread that I gorged on. I had rented a car and spent a week touring all sections of Ireland...a lot of driving time, but the sights and history were well worth the time spent getting there. When I went to Dublin for a day I took the railroad, which was a great decision to avoid crowded traffic and sparse parking areas. The only negative was a very tiny, sparse room that had only a tiny table and chair that barely held my laptop.

Good basic accommodationFriendly hosts. Good breakfast. Decor is very tired but basically clean. Credit cards are NOT accepted. Good restaurant nearby so no need to go into city centre for evening meals. Good links to the M7.

Good, basic B&BThis was our last B&B stop. Limerick is more of a gritty town than we had seen in Ireland. However, the Armada Lodge fit our needs. While the room was not fancily appointed, it did its job for the night. Ken was a good host, providing us directions to a great pub to hear music and dancing. His breakfast was very good as well. He is located in a more commercial portion of town, but we did not hear any noise during the night.

Great one night stay!Chose this place to stay in as we had traveled from Dublin for a festival! Location is close enough to town, less than 10 minute travel via taxi. Received a warm welcome upon arrival, the light bulb in our bathroom was out and it was changed promptly. Very cozy minimal room, very clean and warm. It was surprisingly quiet, we both had a good sleep, no disturbances whatsoever! Lovely breakfast also! The host was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place :)
